NOTE: At this time, access to our nationwide dial-up network is offered in a "self-service" way, meaning that customers should already be familiar with how to configure their computers to use a dial-up connection, or willing to learn on their own. We do not offer set-up support. Because most people no longer use dial-up connections, we don't maintain a 24/7 support center for dial-up issues -- our 24/7 support center is for web hosting/e-mail issues only. We are not able to offer dial-up tech support unless you need to report an outage and we can assist in that case, providing you with alternate dial-up numbers.
