Message From Chandara
August 24, 1998

There comes a time in everyone's life when it is time to re-evaluate what
you are doing with your life.
That time for me is NOW, as I find myself looking at my personal and
private life as it reflects into my spiritual life. In order to maintain
harmony with the things in my life, I find it necessary at this time to
take a break, and re-evaluate all that is important to me.

The service of my original spiritual contract ended with the December 1997
Stargate, at GIZA. To this end, I am no longer "required" to complete my
mission, as it has been completed, and was successful with the help of all
the ELM volunteers globally.  Within this timeframe of 1998, I find myself
personally desiring to re-state my relationship with all things in my life,
both personal and spiritual. While my commitment to the Earth is undying, I
find myself at a point of personally desiring peace, harmony and balance,
in total alignment with personal desires of love and harmony, balance and
understanding, and acceptance for who and what I am, as an both a spiritual
person and as an individual human experience.

With this in mind, I am taking time off from the ELM networks and
responsibilities to complete many things which are at loose ends in my
personal life, and to realign and re-clarify things in my spiritual life,
and my duties to the Galactic and Planetary systems.

ELM has grown beyond the thoughts and dreams of its original concept. It
has shifted and changed to encompass many global networks and affiliations.
These will continue with the dedication of several ELM Volunteers. As this
realignment of dedication and responsibilities occurs, shifts are certain
to occur as well. For me, the time has come to formally relinquish the
reigns of the Earth Link Mission to a group of dedicated volunteers.

In this transition of dedication, they will carry on the ELM CHAT, ELM
FORUM, and ELM IRC. Please see the website at www.earthlinkmission.org for
details on signing up for the CHAT, FORUM, ICQ and NEWSLETTER. The website,
will remain as it is currently, until the new designees manifest whose
responsibility it will be to maintain this task as well.  The transcription
of the channels will maintain as long as there are volunteers to transcribe
them. The VOLUNTEER page will continue to list (hopefully soon automated)
those individuals who feel it important to state their commitment to the
Earth.  The free ELM Newsletter will continue to provide the information
which is sent by the Council.  This will be in a very shortened format for
the Internet, and with sufficient interest globally, the Earth Link Mission
paper newsletter, manifest in Australia, will maintain a larger format with
additional information by several authors, and Chandara. For subscription

ELM has been founded on the principles of Universal Law, with love,
integrity, honor, and trust. Earth Link Mission will continue as a guiding
light to assemble and transform information. The ELM Groups will be ready,
as always, to be called upon in any Earth Emergency to assist in the
meditation and realignment of the Celestial energies of the Earth to the
Stars and beyond. ELM will continue to be a focal point for Meditations and
Stargate Alignments. All of these will continue within the scope of the
permission of Guidance.

The changes on an energetic level will be that ELM will support itself. And
Chandara will support the physical presence upon the planet.  With these
changes intact, and in place, the forward movement of ELM will be at the
direction of the Global Volunteers in contact with the Guidance, and help
of Chandara, and the Twelfth High Council.

The time has come, for a separation of intention. Allowing this separation
will also allow Chandara the peace and harmony which is desired at this
time for introspection. For peace, for love, for prosperity, for abundance
and for light to continue in harmony for both Chandara and ELM.

I pray you will all come to the aid of Earth Link Mission, and her
Volunteer Administrators.  They are open to understanding and receiving the
Guidance and support of all of you, to maintain and expand the growth and
intention of Earth Link Mission into the Global organization which it is to
BE, a guiding light for the alignment of the energies which are coming ...
for the Future of the New Millenium.

I love and honor all of you, and your commitment to our planet. In this
time of introspection for me, I would invite all of you as well, to
evaluate your commitment to your mission, to our planet, to the Galaxy and
beyond, and to define for yourselves, your human experience and connection
to your Source. For we are all ONE.
I love you all dearly, and will be with you as ONE in the Stargates.....

monetary support to supply the income needed to maintain the physical
presence is yet manifesting. ELM will continue to maintain its Internet

Crystalline Light Body Workshops for 1998:
Those desiring information on the Crystalline Light Body Level 1 workshop
in November in Basel Switzerland can contact Cornelis at
CenterSholaMaoba@enrg.net. The last 1998 USA Crystalline Light Body Level 1
Workshop will be in Essex, MA the weekend of October 2-3-4. A Crystalline
Light Body Level 1workshop is planned for Toronto October 16-17-18, and the
Crystalline Light Body FascilitatorTraining workshop will be given in Essex
the weekend of October 23 - 26,1998, (pre-requisite CLB Level 1). 1999
workshop times are unavailable at this time. Contact the OFFICE e-mail
address for further information on these workshops, including Dimensional
Resonance Frequencies.

UPCOMING STARGATES:
The September 1998 Stargate at Mt. Shasta will be coordinated through Carol
at Christarla@aol.com.  There are those who will gather in Shasta beginning
September 18. Details are still unavailable due to Chandara just returning
from Australia. However, please connect with Carole for updates via e-mail.

The December 1998 Stargate in Jerusalem information will be available in
November. No trips are planned outside of the USA to provide a physical
presence at the Stargate opening in Jerusalem.

Channel on the September Stargate at Mount Shasta

Greetings and welcome.
We come to you today to announce great JOY in the alignmments of the 7th
dimensional grids into the physical platforms of the Earth. The Stargate at
Mount Shasta will provide much of the stability you seek in the physical
changes which are sweeping your planet. These changes, however, will take
some physical time to descend as the connections gently align form the
etheric grids above the earth to the etheric grids within the earth. As
these connections transcend from the etheric to the physical, much clearing
of the planetary surface will continue. Long ago, the Plan shifted to
encompass the water cleansing, rather than a physical earth shift. This is
the experience which is aligning the energies you are experiencing now. The
knowledge of this will allow those in places where the water cleansing is
commencing, to be prepared and in those places where this will still occur,
you may also know in advance, to prepare for these events. These are events
of group consciousness awakening. They are not meant to harm your people
nor your planet, but to reawaken in humanity the essence of One, Oneness of
All, Oneness of life. In this way, humanity will begin to remember how
fragile the balance is, and in that remembering, will come the balance
necessary to maintain the balance of life, of energies, of powers, for all
on the surface, and those of the etheric realms who will be on your surface
to assist you. As your multidimensionality returns, more and more will you
see the physical evidences of these shifts of awareness, of perception, as
more of your humanity "wakes up" by raising their personal vibrational
patterns to those of the higher frequencies of light. In the raising of
your personal frequency, you become the higher vibration, and by becoming
this vibration, you can then participate with that vibrational level, in a
physical way. In understanding this, you will know that this is the way
that the guidance will be more able to interact with you. For you will then
sense, or see or hear them more in a physical way, because they and you,
can now match the same vibrational frequency, together. This is the way in
which the communications will become more apparent, the visions will become
clearer, and brighter, the encounters will become more frequent, until
there is no separation...until you are all ONE. In this oneness, you can
access ALL that you desire all that you need, and all will be given to you.


This is the same way in which the Stargates of the past 3 years of your
Earth Time have assisted you in stabilizing your celestial connections. Now
the Stargates of the next 3 years are here to assist you in stabilizing
your Earthly connections, your multidimensionality of the frequencies of
Life. As these Gates progress, the frequencies of higher light and energies
will be available to you in the PHYSICAL. More of the "miracles" of
healing, of visions, of physical things will increase with each progressive
Stargate opening.  In this way, you are all Ascending, into the frequency
ranges which you have known in the etheric, the abilities you have dreamt
possible, the sense you have visioned, as they combine and become ONE
reality. The physical and the etheric will combine as ONE for you to
experience the Heaven on Earth that you remember, that you came here to
this planet to remember, to co-create in your own personal experience. And
with this awareness will come the UNITY of all life. With this Unity, this
outpouring of unconditional love, the awareness that we are ALL ONE, of the
same fabric, the same vibration, the same life force, with this global
understanding will come the PEACE and harmony that you desire.

In this time of transition, it is for each of you to look within and
remember who you are, what you are doing, why you have come here. And to
TRUST that this is SO. Your dreams may not be dreams, but glimpses of the
higher energy frequencies which are coming to blend with you in harmony.
And as your planetary and personal frequencies blend together, humanity
will realize that this is the time of Ascension. And the Ascension is both
personal and planetary. And it is NOW. For in Each moment that you accept
and integrate these higher energies within your physical life, within your
soul, and within the Earth herself, in that NOW moment when all of these
frequencies blend together as ONE, you have experienced Universal Harmony,
Unconditional Love, Oneness, and a blending of yourselves with the Source
of ALL. And so, to this end, the Frequency of Ascension is YOU!

You are BE-ing the Light and Love and Harmony and Balance that you seek.
For in the moment of NOW, in that precious moment in linear TIME, here on
the physical planet, you have accomplished ALL that you have set out to do
on your mission. To Blend your frequency of Light, with the Frequency of
Light of the One, and the frequency of Light of the Planet, both in the
etheric and the physical. You have completed one more step in your personal
Ascension.  And with each Step you take, with each blending that you are,
you are one step closer to the next highest achievement of spiritual
completion.

And so, we would ask you, that in each moment of every day that you choose
to do so, you blend your frequency of light, CONSCIOUSLY with the planetary
frequency, and the etheric frequency and the Source frequency, for in that
moment of the blending, you are ALL ONE. And as that ONE light, you radiate
unconditional love to ALL around you. In that harmonic balance of LOVE you
are centered, aligned and balanced, and as such, you are ONE with ALL in
the Universe, who are also at that frequency of light. And in that
alignment, you are Never alone!  For in each galaxy, in each Star system,
in each planet, the frequency which you are, can now blend with you. And in
that blending, you join ALL together.


We would ask that you choose this blended balance for your life, for your
planet, for your mission. We ask you to consider the planetary GIFT which
you will both give and receive, in each moment. And to go inside and
LISTEN, listen to the silence. Clear your mind, open and balance your
heart, be ready to receive, to accept all that is given to you. For in that
Point of Balance, you are ONE with LIFE!

We will be with you in Each Stargate, blending and aligning to the combined
frequency that the Earth Link Mission Volunteers co-create for your planet,
for your galaxy, for your universe and Beyond, as you join AS ONE with the
Source, So do we ALL. Join as ONE.
