Message from Chandara

Greetings everyone,
I hope that 1999 brings you love and peace and joy in all you do. During
January and February, I have received many notes from ELM volunteers around
the globe which speak of many challenges and shifts in people's lives. It
is as though any unresolved issues in your personal, business, or emotional
life which up until now has not been resolved, is "in your face" and
demanding that you look at all these outstanding challenges. Many people
are changing jobs, many are solving personal issues, emotional issues,
relationship issues. These last 2 months have been about resolution of
things that are not in balance in our lives. To this end, I too have not
been without many challenges. Many of you know that I chip fractured a bone
in my foot, and so for me slowing down has been literal, as 8 weeks on
crutches and then, cane comes to a close. My normal breakneck pace has been
drastically curtailed! This is not a message I would recommend for anyone
else to try! If you feel the need to slow it down, I suggest doing it on
your own without the added assistance of manifesting this into the Physical!

For all of us, any energies which have been out of balance, are demanding
recognition! This is the time for us to contemplate HOW we wish to manifest
our lives. What are the main things you LOVE to do in your life? Do you
have enough quiet time, solitude for contemplation, for meditation? Are you
ready to take your place within the spiritual contract you committed to
before you incarnated here? And if you are ready, how would you like to
proceed? What are your personal criteria and desires for the implementation
of this path? How would you like to manifest this into your personal
physical reality? Are you in alignment with YOUR divine plan? Are you in
alignment with the UNIVERSAL Divine plan? Are you in integrity with your
intentions? Do you understand the Divine Will in alignment with your
personal Free Will?

In my experience, Divine Will is the contiguous thread which binds all of
us together in creating this planet, this experience of life and beyond.
Free-Will is the personal choice in which we decide whether or not to
accept the challenge from Divine Will. Divine Will has no right or wrong,
only the experiences designed for our personal growth, our personal
ascension, which we choose using our Free-Will. Free will is NOT power and
control, but is the personal mastery of exercising our free- will choice,
and being honored for those choices without judgement and blame and
criticism. Free-Will is the ability to say "No thank you, not at this
time", and maybe not in this lifetime. Free-Will is our honoring and
acceptance of ourselves as creating our own personal reality, and then
remembering that we, as individuals, do not create personal reality for
anyone else! The personal reality is created by each and every single
individual By themselves, For themselves, to experience and learn the
mastery of Free-Will choice, and the intrinsic lessons which we incarnated
on this planet to embody, to   experience and to learn from, in our
physical and conscious minds.  Free-will is not imposing Our will on the
will of any other person or thing, but to allow them to experience their
choice, personally, in a way in which they have created them for
themselves. Each parent knows how challenging it is to allow the child to
experience life, without always telling the child what to do. This is the
ultimate challenge, to allow the child to experience life, and learn from
those experiences. It is, in my experience, our challenge to allow the
child to experience this and learn the lessons in the easiest way possible.
The ultimate challenge (for Me) has been to allow them to learn this
without getting hurt too much, and then being there to help them understand
the learning which they have experienced.  This is the ultimate challenge
for all of us!  To allow the child the free-will to experience the
challenge in a way which is most appropriate, and so, Source does this for
all of us as well. As each and every one of us is the child of the
Universe, so our personal lessons come to us as our challenges, and it is
up to us to exercise our Free will to decide to DO or DO NOT, whatever is
presented to us. This is our Free-Will choice, nothing more and nothing
less.

In my experience, Divine Will is the thread of consistency that brings all
things on this planet together, in a harmonious and balanced way. Our
challenge is in accepting Divine Will, and saying YES, and then figuring
out that each time we make a decision, we are exercising our FREE WILL.  To
say YES or NO to something, and in doing so, we are creating and impacting
our personal ascension plan within the guidelines and opportunities of
Divine Will. We are also impacting the overall Divine Plan, as with each
YES or NO, we also impact the plan of others who are committed to helping
us learn our personal lessons. Everything is delicately connected to
everything else! So, with each decision that you make in your personal
life, you are impacting the Divine plan and your Personal plan, and the
plan of all others who are connected to you!   With each YES or NO that you
exercise in each thought, in each moment in your life, you are impacting
your personal divine Plan.  You are exercising your FREE-WILL to DO or DO
NOT those things which are placed before you for your lessons, for your
growth, for your personal experience of life. The questions are always
there, and you always have the opportunity to choose, to say YES or NO, DO
or DO NOT.  For this is FREE-WILL!  With each choice in your life, are you
tuned in to what is best for YOU? Do you remember to not only DO, but to
ASK for help and assistance from your Guidance, from your higher SELF, from
Source?  Are you ready to listen to the answers to your questions? Are you
ready to commit your life to living in such a way that you are TUNED IN to
asking what is best for you, and then LIVING those answers in TRUST, in
FAITH that all that is good for you will come to you? Are you ready to make
the commitment to yourself that you are Willing to LIVE your Free-will
choices? Are you ready to commit to yourself that you will choose those
things that are BEST for you? Are you ready to LIVE your life in such a way
to produce PEACE in your life, and live in the FLOW of Divine Will, and
Divine Guidance, to exercise your personal free-will choices in ways which
support your life, and the lives of those closest to you? Are you ready to
commit to yourself? And then, are you ready to commit to your global
family? Do you desire PEACE in your life, your family's life? Your
community's life, your city's, state's, country's life? Your planet's life?
Are you ready to commit and to BE and to LIVE PEACE for the good of all?

The questions that are spoken of above, are the questions that face each
and every one of us as we move into the New Millenia. These are the
questions that will continue to manifest for every member of the global
community throughout 1999 as we prepare ourselves for the year 2000, and
the next Millenia.

The time has come for all of us to understand that in each decision that we
make in our individual lives, that we are creating the decisions and
experiences for the collective Divine Will, and creating the way in which
we experience Divine Order.  We are the masters of our creations, our
lives. We are the masters of experience, we are the ones creating Free-Will
choices in each and every moment. Are you ready to look at your choices?
Are you ready to observe the ways in which you impact the experiences of
others? Are you ready to commit to ASKING for help, and asking for
guidance, and then, trusting your decisions? Are you ready to make
Conscious Decisions... decisions made in full awareness of free-will
choice, of divine order and in alignment with divine will? These are the
Questions for each and every one of us as we proceed onward into the New
Millenia.

The year 1999 is the Time for all of us to prepare in each and every moment
of our lives - to consciously THINK before we act - to realize that when we
take an action it does impact others - to STOP what we are doing, and Look
at the energy of the situation, the way in which we will proceed in the
next moment - to LISTEN to our hearts, our connections to the Divine Will,
and make Conscious decisions, using Free-Will, in complete alignment with
Divine Order and Divine Will - to be in the positive FLOW of our lives,
creating the life that we desire in each step along the way. This is the
Challenge for 1999... for the New Millenia - to be consciously aware of our
thoughts, our actions, our deeds, and to accept that we have chosen them,
and to accept the personal responsibility of our decisions. It is not the
decisions of someone else that create our physical reality, only our
re-actions to their decisions. It is our choice to DO or DO NOT in each
moment, in each situation, in each second of our lives. It is our personal
CHOICE, our FREE-WILL, to DO or DO NOT that shapes our personal world. This
is MASTERY of your life. This is the experience that creates all others for
you. The Challenge is to accept that you are the One who decides, using
your free-will choice, What to do and HOW to do this and When to do and
Where to do and Why to do, ANYTHING in your life. And, to DO in concert
with Divine Will, and Divine Order, for the good of ALL. This is the
ultimate challenge for us! The Ultimate Opportunity! The ultimate lesson!
Are you READY??? Are you Committed to yourself? Are you committed to
Humanity? Are you committed to Earth? Are you ready to consciously make the
choices in each and every moment of the day, in each moment of your life?

The time has come for all of us on a spiritual pathway to LIVE the
Consciousness Connection we have to one another. It is time for us to
singly, collectively and then unilaterally, LIVE that PEACE we all desire
in our lives. To LIVE in the flow of Divine Order, Divine Will and group
conscious awareness. It is time for us to CREATE the Thought of unilateral
PEACE. It is time to use our Free-Will in each moment, in each situation,
in each experience, to choose what we feel in our hearts to be TRUTH. If
you feel in your heart that in each second, one second at a time, you can
BE that peace, then you can begin to shift and change your perception, your
reality, your world. Then second by second, moment by moment, we can commit
to living that peace with each person that we come in contact with. And
when we make that conscious choice, that free- will choice, in alignment
with Divine Order and Divine Will, then we ARE that peace, we are that
Trust, we are that unconditional love. Knowing that we have these choices,
is the FREEDOM that we all have in our lives. It is this FREEDOM of CHOICE
that Earth is made of. This is the Gift from Source for ALL of us! When you
realize that PEACE is a personal CHOICE, a personal FREEDOM, a personal way
of LIVING, then you have made a commitment to PEACE in your life.

When you realize that commitment, then it is your CHOICE to LIVE that
Peace. When you are COMMITTED to that choice, then it is time to BE that
Peace, to LIVE that Peace, to COMMIT to that Peace, for ALL the inhabitants
of Earth. In doing so, in this commitment, we shall create the Group
Consciousness intention of Being in PEACE for all of humanity. As we create
this intention, this commitment, we will produce a consciousness thought
wave that will bind together with all the other consciousness thoughts of
the same intention, and CREATE a Global thought of PEACE. All this is in
preparation for the Millenia Moment, for Midnight,Dec. 31, 1999, on the
International Dateline in the South Pacific, as the World Time and
consciousness moves from the last millenia of 1999 into the NEW MILLENIA of
2000, and beyond.

And  so, for the remainder of 1999, it is YOUR CHOICE to BE that peace, to
LIVE that peace, to CREATE that peace in each moment of your day, each
moment of your life, each second, one second at a time, to make the
conscious connection.. the conscious decision, the conscious intention,
that we CAN be a world of PEACE... in each second, in each moment, in each
thought... one day at a time.

I send you great love in each second, in each moment, in each day of your
Personal Choices, that we CAN, together, create World PEACE... and that
that peace starts within, and then moves out, to all those in your personal
lives. And in that PEACE you have the FREEDOM of CHOICE to BE who you are,
in Love, in Light, in Integrity, in Honesty, in Truth and in Trust... in
each moment, one moment at a time...

We CAN change our World!
And that world begins with YOU!!

Channel for the March 1999 Stargate of St. Petersburg, Russia

Greetings and welcome
We come to you this day to speak of the stargate which will be occurring in
March for the Equinox.  This is a time of rebirth, of rejuvenation, and of
rejoicing. At this gate, those who have committed to their spiritual paths
will retrieve the remembrances and the rewards, which they have been asking
for. This is a gateway of completion. The energies are such that the powers
of control and anarchy will be returned to balance, and life as you have
remembered will be coming forth with the energies of support and rejoicing.

Many of you ask for direction, for guidance at this time. Things may have
seemed quite confusing, as the energies of this stargate have been aligning
in the third dimensional plane. Many of you have felt great confusion,
great sadness, as though there is death of the old, and in the energies of
this gate, a rejoicing of the new.  The new is yours for the asking. Many
of you have waited eons of time, and thus it feels as thought the end of
this waiting is near. IT is true that your remembrances of your powers and
energies are returning. With this there is much joy, and yet, much sadness.
As your memories are of times when these matured energetic masteries were
used in higher dimensions. And your challenge now, is to master them in the
physical 3D/-multi dimensional world in which you live today.  This is your
challenge, and your task. and we tell you now that the energies to support
you are integrating this year, this 1999, and will be open and available to
you after the switchover of the energies at the new Millennia, Dec. 31,
1999.

This particular Stargate is one that will bring to Balance the energies of
the belief systems which have resided on your planet for centuries. We
speak of the belief that one person, one human is better than another, that
the peasant ant the serf must serve the King, and in that serving, one
human is "better than another". This Stargate energy is to restore the
belief system of equality, of acceptance, of justice, of honor, of trust
and of truth, that all men are created equally. In this creation, all
babies are born with the same innocence. It is the beliefs of parents, and
of cultures, that then shape the thoughts of the child and create the
belief that one is NOT equal to another.  It is these paradigms which are
to be restored to balance.   Within this Stargate alignment, the belief
system of money, of power and control is also to be rebalanced, as the
vibrations of abundance are restored. This particular stargate is to be
centered in St. Petersburg Russia, the last resident SEAT of the empire of
Russia, of the Czar and serfs. In this place, the memories of serfdom and
kingship still remain, and are held as the last stronghold on the Planet
for these thoughts.   The secondary emphasis of this influx of energy will
center on Moscow. For Moscow carried the thought of communism, that there
was plenty for all, and all for one. Yet, the FREE-WILL of the people was
controlled by the belief and government that even in Russia, not all men
were created equal.  And so, Moscow holds the last vibrational memory of a
thought of plenty for all, yet no free-will. The intention of this Stargate
is to restore the belief of Plenty, that the universe in omni-abundant for
all, and that free- will in alignment with Divine order, is the mechanism
to obtain all the treasures that the universe has to offer to you.  It is
this belief which we seek to restore to the Earth at this critical time in
her development, and in harmonious alignment with the Greater Plan.

As we come closer to this Stargate opening at noon on March 20 in St.
Petersburg Russia, we shall transmit to you more information and
instructions for the final implementation of this activation.  We would at
this time remind the Earth Link Mission members that all is in readiness.
By connecting together as a unified consciousness, using the infinity
meditation, at the same moment in time, with the same thought and
intention, that you have the consciousness quota available to you to change
these belief for all humanity, and to commit to living the balanced harmony
of plentiful abundance for all, in your daily life.

We would thank you all for your dedication to this mission, and to the
planned meditation for December 31, 1999... the Millennia Moment. The
individual and collective commitment to PEACE for yourself, your children,
your family, your city or town, your state or province, your country, your
continent, your world and beyond. By each individual committing to this
thought of PEACE, you will collectively set the initial thought, intention
and belief for your world as you move from 1999 into the year 2000, the
next millennia and beyond.  WE invite you all to spread the word of this
great event, and invite all your friends and colleagues, your churches, and
your governments, to participate as well. To create for your world the
collective thought of PEACE for the Year 2000 and beyond.

Stargates Year 1999

The Stargates for 1999 will all be part of the series of information on
UNITY and UNION, as we transform our world into the higher consciousness
energies. The Stargate for March 20, 1999, at NOON (in St.Petersburg) will
focus in St. Petersburg and Moscow, Russia. The main ELM group will be
opening this Stargate from Helsinki Finland. Those desiring to join them
can contact Susanna at susanna@planet.fi .

June, 1999 will focus in Africa, The emphasis of this Stargate will be in
South Africa, in Johannesburg, as a representation of the old paradigm of
separation and segregation, which has shifted to acceptance of equality. In
this time, we shall ask to realign the remaining consciousness thoughts of
the Planet, on inequality in ALL consciousness thoughts. WE shall ask to
realign the inequalities of abundance, of race, of male/female
superiority/inferiority, of perceived inequalities in all things.

September 1999 will once again be a Triple Stargate, focused on the South
American continent. Here we shall ask to align the consciousness thoughts
of all "third world" countries, to freedom, to acceptance, to freedom of
free-will choices, in harmonious alignment with the Divine Plan. That all
things great and small are perfect in their own reality.

The December 1999 Stargate alignment will be focused at Tonga in the South
Pacific. This will be the Global Alignment for the Millenia Moment for
World Peace.

The alignment of these gates will complete the Second Series of Stargates
Alignments. The planetary consciousness intention and energy will shift
with collective thoughts of the New Millenia as we move forward within the
energies of the Divine Plan.

CALL FOR VOLUNTEERS FOR THE MILLENIA MOMENT

Our intention for the Millenia Moment on December 31, 1999, is to link with
thousands of organized groups of people around the planet, who are
committed to World Peace. WE ask for ELM Volunteers to spread this word,
and create groups in their cities and towns and countries. We ask for
people to TRANSLATE the meditation into as many languages as possible. If
you are inclined to help, please email to Grace (the ELM Australian Country
Coordinator who is here in the USA committed to this task)
office@earthlinkmission.org with MILLENIA MEDITATION as the heading. Please
know that your messages will be answered, the office is closed for 2 weeks
during the Finland trip. IF anyone, or several of you, perhaps one in each
continent, or each country, is drawn to being the ELM COORDINATOR for the
MILLENIA MEDITATION, please contact the office. These volunteers would be
responsible for sending out the information to others who have requensted
additional information on the Millenia Moment. It may entail contacting
local religious organizations, or national and international clubs,
politicians, and anyone who you feel would be appropriate to receive this
information. WE are planning an e-mail campaign in which we hope to reach 2
million people, inviting them to participate in this consciousness
Intention.

If you feel drawn to helping us in this endeavor, please e-mail to the
office@earthlinkmission.org. Please remember, we are all volunteers and
donations are gratefully accepted. Currently all of our mailings are
internet e-mail only for this reason. We are committed to this mission of
spreading the word of the Millenia Meditation globally.
In the lightworker community, several New Age Leaders have already
graciously signed up to assist us in this endeavour, including Ronna
Herman, Norma Melanovich, Steve Rother, Da Vid of World Peace Foundation,
Ken Kalb of Lightshift 2000, and many more. If you are drawn to ask others
to assist, we invite you to do so.

Earth Link Mission Volunteer Coordinators & Emergency Response Team Members

Thanks to Jonathan, the ELM website now has a data entry form for all Earth
Link Mission volunteers for Coordinators, for Emergency Response Team and
for work-a-bee volunteers.   In order to help those of us here at the
office, we ask all current ELM volunteers and ELM Emergency Response Team
members to please RE-ENTER YOUR DATA through the Automated Data Entry
Screen on the ELM website (www.earthlinkmission.org). This will create a
data file for us on the secured computer, and allow us to better serve and
organize all the volunteers.  A similar data entry form will be available
on the www.newmillenia.org website in April, for those wishing to help out
with the Millenia  Moment meditation and organization.

Stargate Series Three: Years 2000, 2001
The third and final series of Stargate Activations will begin in March,
2000, June, 2000, a Triple alignment in September 2000, December 2000,
March 2001, June 2001, a Triple Alignment in September 2001, and the final
Stargate of this third series will be December 20, 2001.  From that point
in time onward, the energies and destiny of the Earth are to be returned to
the Global Consciousness of Humanity.
