WELCOME by Chandara

Greetings and Welcome!!!

It is with great Joy and Love that I return to the Family of Light after a
month in Europe. The experience of being with Light Brothers and Sisters
from different parts of the Globe was truly Inspiring!  I am very grateful
to all who participated, supported and hosted me and my son on this
wonderful adventure!  The Times are accelerating rapidly!  The information
is moving very quickly now, as those of us on the different TEAMS with
different but intersecting and overlapping missions, come together to
exchange and integrate our knowledge and information. These are TRULY
incredible times!
It is with sadness that I will not be in Mt. Shasta in July. However, I
have been asked by Archangel Michael to be in attendance in Maui, to assist
in the energetic alignments, and re-open the Stargate for the energy
activation's. Plans are underway, but as yet not finalized. This assistance
can be provided Globally as well, and after direct instruction from
Archangel Michael, I shall transmit the information to the Earth Link
Mission Network.
Earth Link Mission's role has expanded even more, to include integration
with others whose missions we are called to join with. As the GLOBAL
community connects and exchanges energies and information, we are truly
becoming ONE, in one mind, one thought, and one intention. It is in this
light that we shall be together, always.
Global planning is underway for expansion of the Earth Link Mission work,
and workshops by Chandara and others in areas of Earth energies,
manifestation, prosperity, and integration of full consciousness within the
human form and the Crystalline Light Body.  A synopsis of the GIZA Stargate
follows, and those who will participate in Australia are given a contact
name and number for all Australian events. The Mt. Fuji Stargate grounded
the energies of the 8th dimensional consciousness into this physical
reality.  The Australian Triple Stargates will bring into alignment the
energies of the Grids of the 9th 10th and 11th dimension, so that the
consciousness of those dimensions is available for direct communication
into this 3/4D world.  The Stargate at GIZA is to realign the 12th
dimensional grid, and then integrate the energies for all of the Grids to
work in Unison. These are most amazing times.  The World as we know it is
accelerating quickly. I would encourage those who are still experiencing
physical/ emotional difficulties to discern if the Stargate essences are
for you. Mt. Fuji essences are still available. The Australian Triple
Stargate will be available at the end of August. Giza Stargate Essence will
be available in November. These essences are to assist in the integration
of the etheric vibratory patterns into the physical. I personally found
them invaluable in Europe, to assist and hold the high vibrational patterns
of 4 consecutive weekends of high energy workshops and a Stargate. Their
transnational properties are quite intense, and amazing. They are here to
assist you in your life.

As I close, I would like to again put out a call for volunteers. Assistance
is needed in many areas. WE would like to develop a separate page on the
Internet for each language, and Translators are needed for Italian, German,
French, Portuguese, Spanish and Japanese. Some have volunteered already,
yet there is much to do. Plans are underway for a published paper
newsletter as well, to assist in reaching those without Internet access.
The time has also come for coordinators for Workshops in major cities. It
is time to remember and activate the Crystalline Light Bodies within each
of us. This information was channeled to Chandara 5 years ago, yet it was
not time for its release until now.  Earth Link Mission is also in need of
graphic artists and a web designer who can redesign the website pages and
expand them for a more global community. And Randy , of
Photon.net, our sponsor on the web, could use assistance as well in
planning for the more global aspects of what is to come with the website.
As we move forward into a Global Position of information and connection, we
are honored to have your direct participation.

Stargate Alignment in Basel Switzerland  June 20, 1997....UPDATE

The Stargate in Switzerland began under cloudy and overcast skies with
intermittent rain. As the time approached, the skies cleared in a circle
above the Gate location, and the sun shone brightly. 33 people from many
parts of the world joined in this alignment. The energies of the Gate were
brought grounded into the crystalline core in three phases, instead of the
single input. This gentle energetic seemed at first to be very slight. As
the energies manifest into the physical they became stronger and stronger.
As the day progressed, it was quite obvious that they were quite powerful.
Those taking the Stargate essences experienced little physical effects,
while those who had not were more definitely impacted, emotionally and
physically.  The energies were very high vibration and integration was most
effected in the emotional bodies and the physical in the head areas.  Since
this Gate integrated energies to balance the effects  "power and control",
people were experiencing great releases in the emotions of these areas of
their lives over the next 3 days.
In the evening, the skies over Basel, after a great thunderstorm and
clearing, were beautiful and iridescent as the sun set.

CHANNEL on the June Stargate .....7/11/97
We are most grateful for this time to speak of the Basel Stargate. Much
releasing was accomplished,  globally on the effects of Power and Control .
This impact should be felt in the more free flow and TRUTH of information,
both in the mass media, and in the group consciousness. As these energize
settle over the next 3 months, the controls should begin lifting on the
emotional blockages and personal and emotional freedom should become more
expressive, and in line with personal TRUTHS.  This may cause some
uncomfortable physical and emotional effects as these imbalances modulate,
however, they are in alignment with your highest guidance, and are clearing
at very deep and high vibrational levels.  Use of the Stargate Essence
through the period for 6 weeks after the Gate is advised for those who
continue to experience difficulties.   The global governments will begin to
release more control over the media regarding the World events of the
Ascension. These events will signal a confirmation on the part of the group
consciousness that things are shifting to higher dimensional levels.
We wish to thank all those who participated in these alignments, and all
who assisted on all levels of dimension.  Your continued support and
combined energies ensure, daily, the success of the Project Earth
Multi-Dimensionality, and the consciousness shift which is growing in
magnitude daily.

EUROPEAN TOUR UPDATES & THANKS

Chandara would like to thank all those who participated in the workshops,
lectures, stargate and private sessions in Europe. It was a great JOY to be
together, as one BIG STAR FAMILY, each workshop different and yet the SAME,
for we were all together once again.    It was  truly a gift to experience
and facilitate the consciousness and physical shifts of all those in
attendance. Those who were able, finally, to connect into their bodies, in
the physical were able, finally to access their knowledge and information
in the Earth plane, some for the first time. Their information, finally
able to be revealed, will assist all of us in  understand and finalizing
the timing of the  Ascension Plan as we are able to bring more of the
pieces into alignment, together.

 The Crystalline Light Body workshops provided the acceleration and growth
that many had been looking for, answering many questions and giving many
answers to both consciousness, emotional and physical difficulties and
questions. Great LEAPS of consciousness and understanding were made by all.
And now, the participants are well prepared to modulate and adjust their
own etheric skeletal structures and bodies with this new understanding, and
new personal realization and power. This was the beginnings of the
understanding of their Adam Kadmon  integrated light body. For me, this was
the ULTIMATE gift...the gift of personal FREEDOM........

 Dear Lightworkers,
   It is now two weeks since I did the Crystal Light Body workshop with
Chandara here in Italy and the changes and the new knowledge are coming in
daily.

 It was a great experience for me to spend the days before the workshop
with  Chandara and especially during the private sessions, as interpreter.
Not  only was I personally realigned, readjusted and had my aura patched
but I  was able to particpate in the changes that others underwent - seeing
people  change, relax and begin to glow and grow before your eyes is really
an  incredible experience. Spending those days in the presence of the
Stargate  crystal and the dimensional resonance frequencies must have also
had  something to do with the incredible (and for me completely new) energy
that  I was feeling despite the 32 degree heat and only 4 or 5 hours sleep
a night.

 Up north near Udine, those of us from afar stayed in Amalia's home and
joined the others in a perfect structure for us - a yet to be finished
building, in the middle of fields and trees which Amalia had arranged for
our perfect comfort with rugs and cushions and wall hangings.

  We met on Friday evening for toning and meditation which was when the
isolation of the building showed it's real value- musical we were not, but
what energy! The group gradually discovered that in some way we all
recognised one another and Chandara confirmed that we have all known each
other before (and that I have had many lifetimes with her son Jonathan as
brother and sister, which accounts for the amount of merciless brotherly
teasing I came in for and which of course I enjoyed immensely.)

  Running a workshop in another language is a real challenge but Chandara's
presentation was limpid and the energy she was transmitting came across
with no difficulty at all and in the end even the professional interpreter
found himself getting involved and doing the exercises and the meditations!

  The information itself seemed to me to be the missing part of a larger
puzzle and I use it daily to make minor readjustments to my own light body.
Activating other people has also been wonderful surprise because the
learning and the understanding become stronger and it feels like a miracle
when they really feel what you are doing and benefit from it.

 The effect of having the crystal light body activated for me personally
have been - more physical energy, clearer perception of the Merkabah and
"memories" coming up in the sense that things that I have known at at
intellectual level are now known at a more profound level and I'm  able to
live my spiritual ideals at an instinctual and intuitive level.

 At the workshop we practiced manifesting on both days and I will close
with  the words written by one of the participants on the second day, when
we were  asked to put down on paper what we wanted to manifest. She said
that she  couldn't think of anything that she wanted to manifest and
instead wrote....

      "I feel fulfilled, complete. I thank God for all that has been given
to  me to awaken me to the awareness that all that which is within me is
within Him and  that all that is within Him is within me.
       I ask to be able to draw upon, with my transformed and regenerated
potential, all that which permeates the universe, with thanks and  with

	Beloved masters, let us continue our lessons on mind and heart
refinement, moving your consciousness beyond a linear, time/space reality
to an expanded, yet internal way of  self-expression and viewing your
everyday world.  First of all, focus on your heart center and feel a warmth
begin to build as you ignite and activate the Spark of Creation that dwells
within.  Sense the love that radiates and fills your physical vessel; this
is the fuel and essence which will revitalize and perfect your bodily form,
and will be the catalyst for the miracles that will
transform your world.

	I have spoken of  seed crystals and how many of you had these
jewels of Creation implanted within your etheric bodies before you were
sent down through the dimensions to join in the game of  spiritual\physical
expression on Planet Earth.  These seed crystals carry the keys and codes,
the energies, the memories and knowledge of your  particular mission and
the part which you were to play.  You bravely journeyed out into the void,
the great beyond, seemingly disconnected and separated from your wondrous
Self, so that you could create and express in your own unique way.  It has
been a journey of joy and wonder, pain and suffering, magnificent
successes, and seemingly, devastating failures, but those times are coming
to a close, a culmination.  The time of living a life of separation (even
when surrounded by multitudes), of seeing yourself as apart from others is
being replaced by a unity-consciousness, a coming together, a merging and
blending of energies, strengths and wisdom.
	Pause for a moment and  feel the power and love flow through and
around your body as it expands out into the room and down into the Earth,
as well.  Now, shift your focus to your brow, or third-eye and sense or
imagine a shaft of Golden Light penetrating into the middle portion of your
brain.  Use all your senses as you move your consciousness into the center
of your brain structure; you may have a slight metal taste on your tongue,
or a subtle aroma may tease your olfactory receptors; you may feel an
expansion in your head as if an internal force were expanding it.  Move
your awareness into that inner space, see if you can feel your skull from
the inside; do not strain, there is no right or wrong way to accomplish
this. Allow this shift to happen naturally, envision yourself as  a small,
concentrated Spark floating in an expanded sea of consciousness.
	Become aware of the serenity and sense of freedom this brings, and
how the boundaries of your bodily structure seem to fall away.  Sense the
energy radiate out from your body as it purifies and expands your auric
field, harmonizing and balancing.  Spend a few moments, or longer if you
wish, to experiment and validate this new connection with Self.  When you
are ready to proceed, float your consciousness throughout your brain
structure until you feel a slight  pressure; gently probe that spot and if
you feel a sensation in your heart center (a subtle pressure or emotional
response) give yourself permission to move into that space. You are
connecting to a light packet or jewel of wisdom, an encoding of sacred
geometry, or to the formulas that hold the keys and codes to your mastery
and the reclamation of all you relinquished when your Spirit Self was
shrouded and dimmed by the density of physicality.
	As you tap into this powerhouse of wisdom, it enhances and speeds
up the transformation of your molecular structure and the ability to
transmute and balance the negative energies within.  In addition, like a
radio beacon, you begin to transmit high frequency vibrations which attract
those who are also beginning to access and integrate these rarified,
refined frequencies.  You will act as a catalyst for each other as you
enhance and accelerate the release of this expanded knowledge, energy and
Light. Herein lies the memories of your origins and abilities, your gifts
and your connection to the Creator.
	Miraculously, you will  begin to come together, to be reunited with
precious souls  and groups of souls from whom you were separated aeons ago.
Your sense of aloneness will disappear as you regain your sense of unity
and Oneness.  You will add to and compliment the talents and gifts of those
around you, as they will enhance and strengthen your abilities and wisdom.
You will contribute your refined knowledge and experience as you assist
each other to heal, purify and integrate your wondrous Light bodies and
accept your mastery.
	 It is now time for the next step in the grand scheme of
transformation, time to assist in the activation of all the dormant power
structers within the Earth which harbor the perfect vision, the blueprints
and formulas for the ascension of your planet and all those who are capable
of attuning to her accelerated resonance and accompanying her on this
"Journey of the Ages."
	  As I explained previously, at the time your beloved Mother Earth
was formed, there were great crystalline sentient Beings placed deep within
her structure (including a magnificent crystal core), in which the divine
blueprint for the planet and all humanity from the beginning to the end of
time was encoded. Many of these great energy centers were shut down as the
Earth and humanity sank into density, only a few major vortices were left
to radiate the Light and information to and from the Higher Realms.  These
centers became polluted, dense and distorted over time, creating cities of
darkness instead of cities of Light.  Over the past twenty or so years, we,
with your assistance as the anchors and transducers of Light, have
gradually made progress in clearing and healing these beacons within the
Earth, which in turn has assisted in cleansing, balancing and refining the
ley lines and etheric web of your planet.
	The feminine energy of the Goddess which diminished rapidly over
the last thirteen thousand years is once again resonating forth from the
heart of the Earth, from the heart of the Great Central Sun and taking up
residency within the heart centers of men and women alike.  It brings the
promise of new life, new awareness, a new covenant between the masculine
and feminine expression.--an internal unity consciousness.  You must
relinqish the battle of the sexes, which is truly a war within  yourselves,
a battle for supremecy of one modality over another.  Have we not told you
that you are to be powerful, assertive, action oriented, but also gentle,
compassionate and nurturing?
	 We have waited and watched patiently for you to purify your mental
and emotional natures, to bring them into balance and in harmony with
Spirit. We have watched you reach into that wellspring of pure thought and
project outwardly your dreams and desires and become more confident as they
quickly come to fruition.  It is critical that your intent is pure and your
vision is unclouded as you assume and wield the dynamic power of
manifestation
	We are in a time of accelerated growth, an expansion of
consciousness and attunement to the refined wisdom of Creator truth.  This
particular acceleration began with your Spring Equinox on March 21st and
will continue  building and magnifying  through the end of this century.
Just as you have focused on the healing and balancing of your bodily
structure and activating and harmonizing your chakra system,  it is
imperative that you  now assist your blessed planet to do the same.  Your
Earth and solar system are gradually coming into alignment with the heart
center of your galaxy and the Great Central Sun.  You are activating and
purifying your own soul (Solar) heart in prepartion for the blossoming and
bursting forth of your own son\daughter (Sun)ship.  The world as you know
it has supported and nurtured you throughout the Ages, now it is your turn
to assist and support her in her time of  rebirth.
	Your attention and focus will be drawn to different parts of the
Earth.  You will feel a call and a yearning to return to specific places
where your memories are buried and where a critical  Spark of Divine Energy
that you carry within, when joined  with others of like resonance, will
assist in clearing the negative energies that pollute and stifle the planet
and the great structures within.  You will unlock the sacred codes which
will fire and fuel these great structures that have lain dormant for so
many Ages, as they once again begin to receive and transmit the
instructions and directions from  your Father/Mother Creator in the Great
Central Sun.
	It is time to heal the ancient memories of pain, failure,
abandonment, rejection and betrayal from your experiences in Lemuria and
Atlantis.  It is time to forgive yourselves for misusing the gifts of
power, abundance and co-creation.  It is long past time for you to remember
that you came to Earth to manifest and experience the physical plane of
duality.  Are you aware that as you heal your past, and realize that you
are not judged for your mistakes or misdirected energies, you are refining,
balancing and healing the ancient frequencies (memories)of humanity and
your Earth?  In truth, you do not have to forgive yourselves or anyone
else, or ask for forgiveness, for there is nothing to forgive, but in your
present state of awareness, to do so assists you to begin the process of
returning to  harmony-consciousness and a sense of balance and peace
within.  Most of you are not yet ready to see and accept that there is
nothing you have ever done or can do that the Creator will pass judgment on
as being "bad" or "evil." True, you have operated under and been subject to
the laws of cause and effect, or Karma, but you have never been judged or
see n as anything less than perfect.  It is time to accept that perfection,
beloved ones, to stop punishing yourselves. 	There will be an increased
emphasis on coming together to create a forcefield of  cosmic
transformationl energy, as you begin to project that  unified concentration
of  Solar Power (First Ray Energy) you are building within.  One of those
times will be the tenth anniversary of your event called the Harmonic
Convergence that occurred in August of 1987 when your Sun began to align
with the center of the Milky Way Galaxy, or the galactic equator, and the
impulses from the Great Central Sun began to pour down upon Earth and
humanity.  You all are very aware of what has transpired since that time,
and my beloved warriors, if you think there have been miraculous changes
since then, we say to you, "You haven't seen anything yet."
	Just as many beloved beings have felt the pull and urgency to
journey to and experience various sacred sites, holy (and not so holy)
places, more and more of you will feel the divine call and discontent to
either visit or relocate to strange and wondrous places on your Earth.
	The Ring of  Fire where many of  your dormant and active volcanos
are placed around the world hold great storehouses of wisdom and
transformational energy.  Under each of these resides one of the great
crystalline structures of which we speak.   In the past, when the negative
energies built to an intolerable level, these magnificent energy vortices,
under the direction of the Great Devas, spewed forth their fire and
frustration, not to harm or destroy, but to make you aware that the
pressures had built to an intolerable level and there must be a venting or
release.  It is time for you to join with the Devic and Elemental Kingdoms,
to join together with sacred intent to purify and release the negative,
impacted energies and to recognize and come into harmony with the Divine
Beings whose task it has been to anchor and hold the wisdom and resonance
of the Creator within the Earth.
	You have worked diligently and faithfully to activate and heal that
sacred place called Mt. Shasta, and it  now resonates with a most wondrous
Light.  We ask you to now heal the other great power houses around the
Earth, such as the majestic Mt. Haleakala  on Maui, Hawaii, the remnants of
the great civilization of Lemuria.  I ask you to focus on  (or make the
journey if you are called by Spirit), during the Full Moon in the Firey
sign of Leo, to that sacred place where I will, once more, activate the
First Ray of Divine Will and Power and with your assistance, awaken the
great crystalline Being which has slumbered there for thousands of years.
You will infuse the crater with your purified intent and help heal the
ancient memories of separation and failure, and you will be gifted with an
attunement and activation of  profound proportions.  You hold the key to
unlock and redirect the power within the Earth and in turn, she holds the
key to your unfoldment as a Master of Co-creation, to assist you to return
to full partnership as an honored emissary of  the Most High, sent on a
very special assignment to a place called The Garden Of E-Don.
	There are many sacred sites and holy places calling you, beloved
ones; does the name Shamballa or Camelot strike a cord of longing within?
Those great etheric cities of bygone days.  Each of you must attune and
listen to that "cosmic call" from within -- to that which resonates to the
depths of your innermost being.  Allow no one to make your decisions or
coerce you.  Make no journey out of guilt, of fear that you will be left
behind or left out.  Your Spirit Self will give you a clear message that
cannot be denied when it is proper and part of your divine mission.
That is why I gave you the new meditation at the beginning of this message,
as you move inward and connect with you innermost Self, you will receive
perfect direction,  memories will well up and you will feel such a divine
discontent, such a yearning, you will not be able to deny the impulses.
And, if you so choose to follow the nudgings of Spirit, you will manifest
with ease and grace, the way and means to fulfill your mission. Begin to
claim your divine birthright, my brave warriors, realize that there is
nothing too difficult, or impossible, when you harness the  power and
resources of  Spirit.  Let us move forward together, blessed bearers of
Light , in this sacred dance of  co-creation.

It is my extreme pleasure to announce that the Center Shola Maoba in Basel
Switzerland has offered to become the central coordination point in Europe
for Earth Link Mission activities. I am eternally grateful  to Shola and
Cornelis for this gift of service.  The Center will also assist in
coordinating future lectures and workshops in Europe, and will assist in
the STARGATE TRIP TO GIZA, Egypt in December, 1997.
As things progress, a MIRROR site for the Earth Link Mission website will
be established as well as the coordination with Randy of Photon. Net  for
an Internet Mall for Global New Age Products (anyone interested should
contact Randy at osiris7@photon.net). In the works now are plans for a
paper newsletter in German, Italian and English.   The Center will function
as the central coordination point in Europe for all Laundry Ball Solution
fundraising questions and European orders  (Please see separate article in
this newsletter).
The Center is also the European Distributor for Chandara's Dimensional
Resonance Frequencies, tools for the Ascension. A brief explanation and
description of these will be on the website at www.earthlinkmission.org
soon.  (Translation into German and Italian is underway now.)  These High
Vibrational Frequency living consciousness in a bottle act as a tuning fork
to allow the human physical form and  higher consciousness to remember and
retune the dormant Frequencies of Ascension which you carry in your
physical body and in the etheric fields.  The frequencies allow you the
remembrance process or reactivating these in perfection, to the vibrational
level you are at currently, and they accelerate and grow with you as you
accelerate your vibrational patterning into the Ascended Adam Kadmon Be-Ing
of Light. They accelerate the development and remembrance of the
Crystalline Light Body and assist in the transmutation of vibrations which
are no longer needed within your being. They are a GIFT from the Council,
brought here to assist us in balancing ourselves  (and the Earth),
realigning and holding our Center, and stabilizing the new higher
vibrations which have not been present in the human body for a very long
time.  They self modulate your personal frequencies as the vibratory ratios
and patterns of the Earth and ourselves are speeding up.

The following is a brief description of the Center and its activities:
Center Shola Maoba is located near the Rhein, in the so called "3 country
corner" (we are 1 mile from France and 1 mile from Germany) in the northern
part of Switzerland, in the city of Basel.

Shola Maoba Steinitz ,
I AM Shola Anandra Antara-Ra, a keeper of the Violet Ray and member of the
High Council of the Galactic Confederation.  For the past 22 years, I have
been working with people. My aim is to anchor as much light and love of the
Divine Oneness on this planet as possible and to serve the Ascension plan.
I am  bilingual (german & english), a dancer, teacher, bodyworker,
therapist, energist and channel.

Cornelis Steinitz,
fluent in  German, English & Dutch, is dedicated to organizing seminars and
workshops, is a retail merchant and the administrative head of the Center
Shola Maoba.

Visions
Our future vision is to be a competent link in the Earth Link Mission
Project and to bring more people together in this part of the world to
serve the ascension plan.

Our main goal is working with and supporting people on their path, finding
their own truth. Many of the people that come to us are highly evolved
beings that feel trapped in a 3-D body and have all the difficulties that
everyone else has, yet still feel that something is different about them.
We are here to support those  people, who want to get into their bodies,
ground themselves, and help them to remember what their abilities are, not
only as multidimensional beings, but also in a 3-D world.

Within the new association with Chandara and the Earth Link Mission
Project, we have integrated the Dimensional Resonance Frequency Vials into
our program for Europe. This will open the door for a great number of new
things to come, as some of you have already experienced for yourselves.

We organize many types of  workshops, seminars, classes and individual
sessions, including the Crystal Light Body and Chandara�s teachings. In
connection with Earth Link Mission, we invite and seek other spiritual
teachers that hold other pieces of the total teaching of the New Adam
Kadmon Be-ing of Light, to contact us and come together.

Stargate Tour - GIZA PYRAMID December 1997

Below is a rough itinerary of the Stargate Tour for Egypt. From Dec. 11 -
18 we will be visiting sacred sites and realigning the energies in
preparation for the Stargate Opening, in accordance with Ancient Knowledge
and Wisdom.
WE will travel by boat, plane and bus to the destinations listed below.
Daily meditations, lectures, alignments and energy work will be performed.

We will return to Cairo and Giza. We will realign energies in the Giza
Plateau, visit area temples and prepare for the Stargate, daily meditations
and clearings, lectures and workshop will be included in preparation for
this auspicious event.

Stargate December 20th , grounding at 3 sites at the Pyramids and the Sphinx.
Leave for home destinations on Dec.22 or 23.




This Event is a working mission. WE will be performing high level energy
work at each site along the way. This is not meant to be a tourist
vacation, by any means. We will have fun and time to relax, however, the
energies will continue to build at each stop, and culminate in Giza with
the opening of this last Stargate of the Earth Grid series. We are aligning
and intending that those with their individual component pieces for this

We are ecstatic to announce that Wes, one of the VERY dedicated Volunteers
of Earth Link Mission has developed an ON LINE CHAT ROOM.. The Premier  of
this wonderful space will be on JULY 23 WEDNESDAY, will be available all
day for people to register and begin to chat.  CHANDARA will be on line for
an open question and answer forum from 8PM to 10 PM EDT.  We will have a
listing on the WebPage next week for people to receive instructions on how
to set up the CHAT, and a list of the times when this service will be
available.  We would like to have a weekly topic and GUESTS at specific
