Greetings and Welcome!
It is with great Joy that we announce that the Newsletter has been gifted
with a new editor. Sheehara, Harry will be holding the energies of the
Newsletter from Vancouver Canada. A True balance of East and West coast of
the Northern Hemisphere. I am most grateful for this assistance, as my time
is becoming increasingly compressed, even in NO TIME.

This month has seen great shifts of energies as the energies of the
Stargate have changed from the Palenque Mexico to Mt. Fuji Japan. As the 6
week cycle ended for Palenque, there was a great shift in both the quantity
and quality of the vibrational patterns which are linked to the Earth.
These energies are speeding up much quicker this time than they have in the
past. The information has come pouring in from the etheric as the veils are
thinning and lifting as we swiftly move toward multidimensional awareness.
You will read in the channels of the possibility of many physical shifts
within the human form for these next 2 gate activation's. It is important
that you honor the human form and do what is necessary to align and center
your energies accordingly. Gather together and align and center and clear
that which no longer serves you. It is greatly for your benefit.

I invite all of you to participate in the energy alignments which may come
up from time to time, such as the one on June 1. Thank you all for
participating. The connections and realignments effected the energetic
matrix into Mexico and South America as well as Australia.  The linkages
were stabilized and centered. A great shift of energy was released and
transmuted into balance. We are now ready to proceed.

As I leave for Europe I am reminded to invite you all to participate in
this next Stargate alignment for Japan for its importance will not be
totally disclosed for several months. The effects will take quite a while
to settle in, yet this is all in preparation for Giza in December. We will
be taking a small group to Giza with us for this alignment. If you are
planning to meet us there, it is important to let ELM know as soon as
possible. The journey prior to the Stargate will be to prepare the way.
Many healers have spent much time aligning Giza. This is the final
alignment. The Stargates after this will set the energetics for the Human
switchover to the Adam Kadmon Being of Light. Giza sets the final alignment
for the Earth's multidimensional ascension process. All will be in
readiness.  The journey has been long....very long for some of us. Yet it
is almost at its conclusion. The puzzle pieces of this great mystery are
coming together rapidly now. Find your star brothers and sisters, and
remember..remember..remember.

We would speak now of the ring of fire; to tell you of the balancing which
will take place within this last vestige of the Lemurian Civilizations.
This interdimensional rift which was caused by the fall of the civilization
will finally come to a conclusion. We are aware that much Lemurian
technology will be brought back to the surface of consciousness as a result
of the energetic balancing which will take place for this Stargate.  Much
work has been done by those in the etheric realms to repair the grids which
maintain this area. There is still much to do , as your HAARP and Nuclear
testing have caused great fear among the people in these areas.  The
rebalancing of the Sea areas still remains. With the assistance of the
Cetacean populations, the tonal qualities of this area will be brought back
into alignment. The Sound Grids, which were reestablished in Hawaii at the
December alignment, will be brought fully on line, to carry the tones of
the Sounds of the Spheres into the conscious awareness of all humankind.
Much musical balancing will take place within the ears, opening up the
hearing to extended ears, just as you have remembered your extended sight
and vision.  The work of the soundhealers will be brought forth, and the
tones of the Earth will resound throughout the heavens.

The economic imbalances which remain on the planet will now begin to
resolve themselves. The Light being brought forth into Japan and European
banking and finance areas will signal a shift of consciousness on the part
of the global economies. This shift will begin to rebalance the monetary
flows to all, and create new ways in which to utilize payments and
exchanges of energies for services provided. WE would remind you that all
is in reflection. The alignment of the Japan gate will also heal many of
the wounds of population masses which have been created through wars and
strife.  These karmic and etheric worlds will begin to allow all to see
that you are ONE race, on ONE planet in this universe.  We would ask that
you maintain a posture of forgiveness and humility, for in truth, we are
all ONE, none better nor worse than the next. IT will be a time to release
long held positions and develop new understandings in these areas.

We would speak to you of Earth Changes, for this topic still resounds on
your hearts and minds. The Earth is changing.rapidly. The etheric
blueprints which are developing are the latest advances which we have been
able to asset you with. During  these changes, some of the physical
attributes of the landscape will shift. The clearing, which we have done in
the etheric will also effect the physical areas of the surface. As such,
the Earth herself is allowing the changes to be done in a graceful way,
with minimal loss of human and animal life. These are lessons and reminders
of the Power of Nature, and of the vibrational impacts that the shifts of
the physical have on the etheric and visa versa. It is time to remember
your personal abilities in assisting the Earth in transmuting these
energies in an even more balanced and harmonious way.  Therefore its time
to release the teachings of the Core clearings, which are available to you.
It is time for the Earth Healers to unite, physically, and know one
another's location. It is time for those who have been hiding in the
shadows to come OUT  into the Light and be joined by their brothers and
sisters, each of whom have a key to understanding  the healing process.
Once the keys are assembled, the pieces of the puzzle will be connected
revealing the complete image.. This is the time that the completion phase
of the Ascension process will be fully engaged and  activated. As each key
and piece of information is assembled, the matrix becomes stronger and
stronger.  

WE would ask during this gate that you join together, in groups if
possible; and exchange your information and keys: For it is truly time.
The group consciousness grows stronger daily. All is in readiness and in
perfection. WE are grateful for the opportunities which we are given to
communicate with you.  Remember, we are always available to you, for all
you have to do is ASK for our assistance and it will be given within the
ascension plan.

Greetings
We welcome your participation in this upcoming event. At this time, the
final instructions await the effect of the Global Prayer Peace day. For
this event will be most enlightening. The intention of the Japan stargate
is multi-fold. The integration frequencies of light for the physical
integration of the higher dimensional awareness will be enfolding for the
period between now and the Stargate Activation. We are in accordance with
the realignment of the monetary flow which will occur during this time
period. The opportunity exists within the energies of this gate, to realign
the thought forms and paradigms which have to date played a major role on
your planet. The powers of manifestation to new levels of thought into
matter, are coming to you. The last several years have shown great
advancement in the realignment of the energies required for you to do so.
These are exciting times. We are at a juncture of great importance. The
historical significance of the next year's activities will be written for
all time. The dawning for the release of the energies of the dimensional
integration is at hand. You may experience great physical changes during
this time period. In light, accept this into your beings. Remember your
guidance is always there to support you. Your planet may also choose to
experience some shifts of a physical nature. Please remember that the
group consciousness determines the extent and impact of these lessons. WE
would remind you, that even though much "destruction" of a physical nature
has come to the surface in these last 3 months, the nature of the human and
animal destruction has been quite minimized. The forewarnings have been
headed, There is no co-incidence in this. The lessons, contracted by the
collective consciousness, have been successfully learned. The rebalancing
process has been most successful. Yet, there may be more instances. The
Truths of governments will determine the extent to which the reverberations
exist. Look to the TRUTH of the vibrations of your words, and feel the
truth of what you are told, and what you experience. Your discernment will
be most critical during these times. Remember, dear ones, that which you
give energy to, whether in thought, or deed, or spoken or written word, is
that which you may manifest. It is that which you create into your reality.
Be true in your choices, ask for assistance if you are uncertain. Be in
your Center of Love and Light. For this is the TRUE meaning of these times
for you.
We would remind you to support one another in all ways. Gather together,
share the energies and information which you hold for one another. Use the
tools manifest for you, your Internet is a powerful light. You may wish to
rebalance those energies each time you use this tool, and send TRUTH
through its circuits. For all information on your planet is now flowing in
a digitized format. Remember that this is a polarized energy form, and as
such you may reharmonize the energies to pure balance, if it is appropriate
to do so. Send you Peace and Light around the world. In each day, as you
talk and meet and gather with all whom you come in contact with, send Peace
and Love through your being. In living you Truth, and knowing your light,
you will effect all those around you, and this will be a great gift for the
planet.

We would remind you that there is much information which will come to you
these days. WE ask you to be clear and open to the TRUTH of the
information, for your highest good. For your personal ascension and
enlightenment, your personal return to power is what is being tested, for
you have set these lessons for yourself quite well. Remember your
abilities, your experiences, your personal truth...Become One with them,
and with yourselves. It is a great time of alignment and attunement, to be

Stargate Essences-Tools for Integration -  by Chandara

Several people have asked about the Stargate essences, and what their
purpose is. To answer this, is a channel as follows:

The Stargate essences were given as a response to the rapidly changing
energies of the human body. As the Earth's resonance factors and vibrations
 change, the human body is also changing, as each Stargate is opened and
aligned, higher and stronger vibrations are coming in to the planet. The
Stargates occur every 3 months. For 6 weeks before and after, the energies
of the Gates switch. In the first 6 weeks the energies are ramping up to
open the Gate, and for the last 6 weeks, they are integrating into the
physical of the planet and the human forms. During the 12 days before and
after the actual activation of the Stargate they are at their strongest
impact on both the planet and the human body.  Since the energies are
changing now in rapid succession, the human body is having a difficult time
keeping up with these shifts. We may not have the clearest physical forms.
As the vibrations move higher and higher, the  body is returning to the
perfection vibrations. Once we have attained these, perfect health will be
in order and our fully functioning Adam Kadmon bodies will be on line. We
have not as yet reached that status. As we are shifting the vibration
ratios and spin ratios of the cells for the human form to a higher level of
frequency, those elements in our bodies, sometimes known as toxins, are no
longer able to remain in the physical. As the spin ratios spin up, just as
in a centrifuge, the  heavier, denser things are spun off and to the
outside., In the case of our bodies, that outside is into the blood stream.
Once the perfect spin ratio of the cells is reached, the toxins, which have
a lower spin ratio, can no longer hold on within the body. When the toxins
spin off in the body, they go into the blood stream and into the organs of
elimination ( liver, kidney, spleen intestinal track) until they are
expelled from the body. If this release of toxins happens in rapid
succession, then a toxic overload condition is possible, and people can
have ill effects.  The vibrations of the alignments start in the outer
etheric fields and make their way in to the inner human auric fields, and
into the human form and cellular structure. This pathway is an indirect
integration of the cellular structure.  When a preventative remedy is
developed, which allows the body to slowly harmonize and integrate these
vibration alignments, into the physical from within the cellular structure,
then the impact is lessened.  This is the purpose of the Stargate Flower
Essences. The flower essences are vibration harmonizations of specific
plants and flowers along with the vibrations of the Stargate activation. As
you ingest the drops of these remedies, a two fold process takes place. The
energies are still integrating from the etheric through the fields, and by
ingesting the remedies, they are also integrating within the physical
cellular structure of the body. This is the as above, so below approach,
and is quite effective in harmonizing the effects of the energetic
vibrational alignments.  The benefits of ingesting the essences are that
they balance the outer and inner auric fields on a cellular level almost
immediately.

We would ask about the intended effects of the Triple stargate  in
Australia in September.

Greetings and welcome. 
WE bring you salutations.   In this time we are to speak of the Legions of
Light who have been awaiting this event for eons of time. This is the time
of the linkage and connections for the blending of the 4th 5th and 6th
dimensional energies into the physical locations of the Third Dimension.
This activation will allow the availability of the energies of the
underground cities to permeate to the surface of the Earth. In this time,
the blending of the light and dark in perfect balance will occur with the
culmination of the integration of the energies of this Triple Stargate.
Thousands of light workers have been preparing for this time. It is
important to know that this is the time of prediction. ..of the blending of
the light and dark. And at this time we are to prepare for the null zone,
the zero point polarity which will then be available to you. The physical
effects of this integration on the human form will be many. It is therefore
advisable for you to consider the tools which have been given to you. We
would refer to the Stargate meditations, the essences, and other channeling
which will give you specific ways in which to prepare the physical forms of
yourselves and the Earth for this momentous occasion.

The energies are to begin on the Eastern coast of Australia, and will be
grounded into the ocean. With the assistance of the Cetacean population and
the whales, the ancient tones and sound sequences will be heard through out
the grids of the Earth. The ancient knowledge of the Whales will be
integrated in to the waters once again, and this frequency will be
available to all who participate in the water, both drinking and swimming.
This will allow the vibrations to be carried throughout the planet, in the
cloud cycles, and bring them to all life on the planet, animal, vegetable

The Urulu activation of Ayers Rock. At the center of the Universe lies the
beam of Life. This is present in Urulu.  This beacon of light has for
thousands of years, carried the vibrational frequencies of life to this
planet. Within its coded structures are the understandings and keys to Life
as you have come to know it. Also within are the keys to the Life which you
will begin to understand. The activation and balancing of the dimensional
will allow the release of the 13 DNA strand, and the integration of the 12
into cohesive balance. These steps are the preliminary ones for the
birthing of the Adam Kadmon Be-Ing of Light body.  The crystalline matrixes
of the human forms, and of the planet will Sing with resonance upon the
completion of this alignment.

The third activation at Monkey Mia / Hamblin Pool will complete the cycle.
This activation with the help of the Cetacean dolphins, will reactivate
within the human form those DNA alignments required to sustain the null
zone polarity within the human form.  The time to participate and
understand is NOW. 

There is much preparation which would be helpful to the human body.
Continued meditative practices, group energetic gatherings, telepathic
practices, and cleaning the physical form are highly positive steps which
can be undertaken to flow smoothly with these events.  The Stargate essence
which is given to you will assist the physical with this process. These
essences are provided to integrate the etheric high vibrational levels with
the cellular of the physical body, and allow the body to shift and change
those molecular structures and cells which are no longer serving it,  to be
cast off and out of the cycle of reproduction within the form. These
essences allow the cells to remember the transmutational processes of the
interdimensional and multidimensional cellular coding structures, preparing
the way for the physical shift of the human form to occur.  We would remind
you that this shift is not something to undertake without the assistance of
your brothers and sisters, both of the stars and your earth. For there are
many things present on the surface now which can enhance the physical form
greatly. As your physical form raises its vibration, so can the planetary
vibration be raised and held smoothly in perfection. And these vibrational
shifts are occurring more frequently, on a moment to moment basis as
preparations are in their final stages for these last 3 Stargates of the
Series. (Japan, Australia & Giza)

Within the Australian Triple  Stargate, 
The first gate is the positive influx of the plus polalirty, the last is
the "minus polarity, and Urulu is the zero point polarity, or null zone of
this activation.   Although all 3 gates will be activated on different
days, In Universal no time, they will come together as one at Ayers Rock.
This is the time which will allow personal and planetary ascension to
accelerate evermore than it has, for the sensation of Time is leaving, as
you are brought more into the NOW of multidimensionality.

The similarities of Orion's Belt are threefold. Of these similarities, we
can say little at this time. Those who have studied the texts will now
reveal the new interpretation of this information.  There are many
parallels which will be brought to light over the next 3 months until the
full activation of this Stargate. There is much that still must be done in
order to balance the energies and align the opening in perfection.

As we approach the Stargates, many have asked for additional information on
the events which will occur in Australia  for the Triple Stargate
activation. Chandara will travel to Sydney, Brisbane, the Triple Gates,
Perth, Adelaide, Melbourne.  Those wishing to join us in Australia are

WE ARE IN THE MIDST OF A "COSMIC MOMENT"

Beloved Masters, we are all in the midst of a "cosmic moment,"
a most powerful and wondrous time of change. Beginning in your year
1995, it was determined that your Earth could incorporate a greater level
of Cosmic energy without creating too much destruction and havoc within
your mother planet's structure. After much deliberation, it was also
decided that there were enough awakened Light workers and humanity at
large who had lifted their consciousness to a level where we could safely
begin an accelerated infusion of Universal Light Substance--or the
rarified cosmic energy from the Creator Source.

The acceleration has been steadily increasing since that time and
will continue to increase over the next decade and beyond. Now being
activated, both within the Earth and in the physical structure of all
humanity, are Light/energy packets of information, keys and codes which
were placed there aeons ago. They were placed there in anticipation of
this time: when you would reverse the process of your descent into the
physical and begin the journey back into the realms of Spirit.

It is of the greatest importance that as many as possible are
made aware of what is occurring at this very critical time within your
physical structures and within the Earth, as well. It is imperative that
this vital flow of divine energy that is being gifted to humanity and
your planet be allowed to flow through you and throughout the ley-line
structure of your Earth. As it flows through your physical vessels it
ignites the dormant encodings and Light Packets within your cellular
structure. Within each of you are also keys and codes needed to active,
purify and ignite the great crystalline structures within your Earth.
These portals or gateways make up the chakra system of the Earth, you
might say, and as they are activated, the awakening of your Mother Earth
will be also be greatly accelerated and she will begin to hum with an
intensity all of you will sense as she stirs and lifts herself out of the
density back into the Light of Illumination and her true state: the
Fifth Dimension.
As these great energy sources begin to resonate and send out
signals once more, the full measure and power of Universal Life Force
will begin to pour forth the frequencies necessary to activate the
geometric codes and impulses for the next level of evolution for you,
your planet, solar system and galaxy.

That is why it is so critical that you purify your physical
vessel so that the frequencies you relay into the Earth, and then later
on, back out into the higher dimensions, will be uncontaminated, refined,
and resonate with the highest integrity. What is happening can be
likened to humanity and the Earth being plugged into a new,
high-resonance power source. You must be attuned to and compatible with
this source in order to acommodate and make use of it. You are
functioning as the conductor or transducer for this dynamic energy,
allowing yourselves to be the energy relay for your Mother Earth. She,
in turn, activates her own power sources (the great crystal structures
within her body), and as these great Beings burst into conscious
awareness once more, they begin to send out pulsations of new
frequencies, purifyng. uplifting, healing energies throughout the Earth's
system, and to humanity, as well. You might say, you are being "zapped"
from within and from without.

That is why it is so important that you make your physical vessel
ready and receptive to this new influx of energy, especially that of the
First Ray of Divine Will and Power and the Seventh Ray of Transmutation
and Transformation. As you do so, you become the catalysts for igniting
these power centers; with your gentle, loving hearts you will soothe and
heal; with your wisdom you will guide and lead; with your power you will
stand in your integrity, and you will not let up until the task is
complete.

You are in the midst of what might be called the Armageddon/
apocalypse/ascension process. As many have predicted and hoped, you will
not be lifted off the Earth and out of the chaos you have created on your
blessed planet. Each one of you is being forced to face your own
illusions, the reality you have formed which creates your own special
version of heaven or hell on Earth. All of what you thought were your
truths, all the judgments you have made about good or bad, right or
wrong, holy or evil are cropping up in your everyday situations and
circumstances so that, once and for all, you can move into a new,
expanded awareness --that of a Master. Please listen and take heed,
beloved ones, there are many shades of truth, and many paths, but only
one distination--back into unity consciousness with the Beings of Light
and the Divine Creator.
Removing old habits and thought patterns from the subconscious
mind is no easy matter. Clearing the past, which involves clearing more
than your current lifetime memories; it means balancing and harmonizing
all your experiences since incarnating on the physical plane These
memories are all stamped and recorded in your aruic field, creating peace
and joy, or fear and discord. To clear means to balance and harmonize
that which resonates at a discordant level of energy, it means to come to
an understanding of and be at peace with all the facets of your
existence. Once you have reached that point, the imbalanced energies are
forever transmuted and you will not have to experience them again.
The good news is that the process of ascension has been refined,
made easier and available to all. Once you are willing to listen to the
nudgings of your Soul, allowing the new frenquencies to infiltrate into
your four lower body systems, you become more objective and receptive to
new thought patterns and it becomes much easier to let go of old fears,
guilt and restrictions in which the ego has held you captive.

In the past, your Higher Self had difficulty getting your
attention in order to assist you. It usually took a jolt of some kind
,and most often, it was not a pleasant experience. That time is past
beloveds, it will become increasingly difficult to ignore the nudgings of
your Soul/Higher Self as the veil of forgetfulness is removed and you
begin to remember, or at least, feel a "divine discontent."

All facets of your beng are resonating to the changes taking
place: your emotional body can no longer stand the chaos and disharmony
it once tolerated when it was numb and disconnected from your innter
awareness. Your mental body may still be struggling to hang on to its
outmoded, seemingly, safe belief systems, but it is being bombarded with
too much new information which either nullifies or shatters old
paradigms; or moves you into a more expanded point of view where you
begin to see events in your life differently. You are no longer fearful
of change--you begin to "go with the flow."

Your body is also caught up in the struggle, it is functioning
within the constraints of thousands of years of negative input, which
manifests as suffering, pain, ill health and death. It, too, is reaching
for the healing frequencies of Light, and nothing can stop the
penetration of this divine life-giving substance into EVERYONE AND
EVERYTHING ON EARTH. The pain and frustration comes to those who resist,
who fear, who are not willing to let go of the past or their
third-dimensional reality. They will be constantly bombarded until they
make the choice to accept the gift of ascension into conscious awareness,
or their Spirit Self will see that they make their transition into
another realm and another planet of illusion to continue their journey
toward enlightenment. The next few years are years of decision, dear
ones. What will be your choice?

Now, I would like to clear up an important issue at this time,
before I leave you. Many of you are attuning to and focusing on the
angelic realms and the archangels in particular as the saviors and the
salvation of the world. Beloved ones, please be aware, this is a unified
endeavor. We are working in harmony with all the great beings of this
universe, many of which you have heard of, or are familiar with, but
there are many more divine beings of which you are not aware. Just as
you are all needed, no matter what your level of awareness, so it is
with the higher realms. Every being throughout the Omniverse has an
integral part to play in this grand drama that is so swiftly unfolding,
with the Earth as a major focal point.

We of the angelic realms are functioning in the capacity of a
transition team, you might say. We are the messengers of the Creator,
and in times of great transition we are sent out as the advance guard to
relay and transmit the thoughts of the God Mind to all of you in a way
you can understand; in a way that is acceptable to every race, religion
and culture. We have always had an intimate relationship with humanity,
but you have been at slumber and could not easily tap into our refined
frequencies. We have always assisted you and protected you in whatever
way was available to us, or was permissable within the laws of free will,
but because of the density of your Earth and your own auric field, you
were hardly ever aware of our presence.

And so, beloved ones, call on us and we will answer and assist
you, but also maintain or strengthen your relationship with whatever
Avatar, Christed Being, or Ascended Master you relate to and resonate
with. We know we all have an integral part to play in this grand scheme,
and we always work in harmony and syncronicity with each other, just as
we are endeavoring to teach you to do.

Do not fear the future, my brave warriors, do not resist the
changes that are upon you. Know that what is transpiring is only for
your highest good, and will release you from the shackles of
>enslavement into the realm of all possibilities. It is time for you, the
Warrior of Light and the Champions of Truth to step to the fore: to stand
and be acknowledged as divine caretakers and guardians of the Earth, and
as healers and wayshowers for humanity.

We are asking you to remember your heritage, to reclaim the power
and perfection of Spirit and form which you expressed and manifested
when first coming to planet Earth. It is your natural state, beloved,
faithful ones. IT IS TIME, RECLAIM IT!
