With this graduation, ELM is now able to survive on its own. It is wonderful that we have had this support over the years. Since 1994 ELM has been a Beacon of Light for the spiritual community. As the world changes, personal priorities and time commitments shift as well. Over the last several months, some of the volunteers who have provided limited ELM support for Website and administration purposes have resigned. This has left the task slots unfulfilled. Such is the way of volunteer organizations in changing times. This change leaves a large gap in the administration process, so that the website will remain status quo. Newsletter postings will be as time and personnel volunteer permit, but the administration of the CHAT and ELM mailing lists has no person who can oversee those tasks. Randy will continue to administer the ELM newsletter mailing list, so that the newsletters will find their way to those who heed the call for this work. As the energies of 2000 shift and change, everyone is finding their own pathways. For me personally, this is true as well. I am on a personal mission of healing. The travel and extensive energy work over the years has taken its toll on my physical health, and I am now on a healing sabbatical. I will continue to do the Stargate Newsletters quarterly as guided, and will do the best I can to place them out there. I am always open to the possibilities of CHANGE and will remain optimistic as we move into the New Millenia. For me, as others, this has been a time of reflection and re-evaluation of purpose and the way in which I create my world. Many new things are planned, yet the sequence and way in which they manifest remains unseen, as we hold no expectations. For me, this means that my appearance schedule is open to opportunity. Perhaps this summer or next fall, I will resume workshops, as many of you have sent e-mails asking about the workshop schedule for 2000. In a change, the Council has asked that I list for you the Stargates of this latest series, Stargate III, and explain as much as I can about the work and its significance. I will do my best to supply information in a timely manner. However, the time that many of you have for newsletter deadlines may not coincide with the time that the Council feels the information is to be transmitted. I pray you will understand that one can only channel and receive information when that information is ready to be sent. I will do my best to continue to provide for all of you the information that is desired. I apologize to those who have signed up for the Polar Shift mailing list, for at present it is not formulated and is awaiting additional assistance in this physical world, to create and maintain. Given the opportunity, I would add this information to the website and those of you drawn to it may view it there. However, I am not a webmaster, and await Guidance to send forward new volunteers to assist in these matters. Always Chandara +=+=+=+=+=+=+=+=+=+=+=+=+=+=+=+=+=+=+= Stargate March 20, 2000 The Gates of prosperity Greetings and welcome, We come to you this day to discuss the upcoming Stargates, which will be opening on March 20th of 2000, beginning at the international dateline and commencing in each time zone around the Globe. We would remind you that there are 25 and 1/4 time zones in which these alignments will take place. In some places your international dateline zones over lap. This is the first Stargate of the new millennia. This begins the third series of Stargate alignments which have been planned for your Mother Earth for aeons of time. The Stargate of the last century, Dec. 20 1999, completed the second series of alignments. The first series of alignments was completed with the Giza Stargate on Dec. 20 1997. Each series of Gates has had a specific purpose and intention to rebuild and repair, restore, and reactivate the energetic platforms, which hold and maintain the form and consciousness of your planet. The first series of Stargates was to repair and restore the multidimensional frequencies and vibrations which will allow for the consciousness evolution of all living things on Earth. Once the frequency ranges and platforms were restored, the second series of Stargates began to re-align and restore the energetic connections, which Earth has maintained to other star systems and galaxies and for which she was originally created. This third series of Stargate alignments which commences March 20 2000, is to restore and repair those energies which will catapult the consciousness evolution of all living things upon your planet, bringing the Earth back to harmonic alignment of her highest self, the living conscious Gaia in her divine perfection. This third series of Stargates will be completed on Dec. 20 2000. Each Stargate of the year 2000 will be a triple Stargate, each with different intentions and purposes. We will speak now of the first gate. +=+=+=+=+=+=+=+=+=+=+=+=+=+=+=+=+=+=+= March 20 2000 The Gates of prosperity The energies of these triple Stargates goal line and focus is to restore and REINFORCE the consciousness of universal abundance, unity, harmony, and a belief system within humanity that Source provides all that is needed for each and every person in divine harmony, divine order, and divine perfection. As we explain these energies and their integration into the Earth plane, we would ask you to be of open mind and open heart. We would ask for pure intention, harmony, and balance within each person participating. These particular Stargates of the new Series Three, are grounded into the Earth in a manner which is different from the other two series you have participated in before. We would ask each person to be perfectly clear within themselves when they are to participate in each or any of these alignments at this time. We honor your knowledge and integrity, your wisdom and commitment to doing the work which you came to planet Earth to accomplish. Some of you may find that you are compelled to complete the participation in these Stargates for the entire 25 and 1/4 hour time period, a complete rotation cycle of your Earth. Others may find that they will only participate in one of the three Stargate openings which will occur on this day. Others may find that they will participate in several concurrent time zone alignments (perhaps 6 a.m. in two or three concurrent time zones), or pick several 6 a.m. time zones in different places around Globe. The way in which you participate in these new Gates is your free will choice, in divine harmony divine order, and divine perfection. In this particular Stargate alignment there is no right or wrong, only that which is correct for each individual as they discern within themselves when, where, and how to participate. We would however ask if you feel it appropriate, to use the Infinity meditation as the mechanism for connection. You may once again find the meditation on the Earth Link Mission website at www.earthlinkmission.org We would advise you that the energies of these Stargates may have a vibrational and frequency quality which feels different to you from other Stargates you may have experienced in the past. We would remind you that this series Three does in fact have a different vibrational quality and "feel" which may not be as familiar to you. The qualities of this energy may feel lighter and less dense to you, or not quite as strong as those you have experienced in the past. However, we remind you that they are very powerful bearers of change and transmutation. In this light, we ask that you be perfectly clear in your personal intentions of this Stargate, and perhaps you may desire to enter into this contractual alignment without expectation of outcome, either for you personally, or for your planet. Instead of expectation, you may desire to be OPEN to receiving the information and experiencing the shift of alignment of your personal and planetary energy fields in joy, harmony and balance, and for your highest good. In this way, you may experience personal transformation of those energies, which no longer serve you and which you can freely release and return to Source within the alignments of these Gates. These Series Three Gates are great forebears of change, the changes which you have sought for the New Millenia and beyond. Their vibrations are such that they release and return to divine order the frequencies which you desire to utilize in the creation of your own personal reality. We therefore caution you to wisely choose your thoughts, your words, your deeds, within these alignments, and within the timeframe where these energies are integrated into physical manifestations on Earth. We remind you at this time, that the Stargate energies begin to ramp up 12 days before the alignment date of March 20, and maintain that integration curve for 12 days after the actual opening. In addition, the energies integrate for 3 months from the actual date of alignment, and then at that time, the energies will begin to switch to the energies of the next Stargate of June 20, 2000. And so the cycle of energetic integration returns again to 3 months of preparation and 12 days of ramping up before June 20, and 12 days of intense integration followed by 3 months of settling in, to return to the next energetic alignment for September 20, 2000. There are many of you who have received information on the alignment of this new Series Three Stargates. Each of you who participate has their own piece of information and contract to fulfil in these alignments for the Year 2000. As you align and center your energies, you will KNOW WITHIN yourselves that which is correct, and that which is yours to do. It is your personal discernment, which will at this time allow you to move forward in Divine Order. It is your personal FEAR which has the potential to hold you back from fully partaking in these alignments. The free-will choice is certainly up to you, and you alone. As you prepare yourselves, and your planet for this Series Three alignment, we ask that you begin to define within yourselves, those traits, actions, words and deeds which serve you, and to clearly accept yourselves for who you are. We also ask you to consider releasing all those traits, actions, words and deeds which no longer serve you and allow them to transition to the Old Self, and allow the New Self of the New Millenia to come forward in Divine Glory, Divine Perfection and Divine Order. The pathway choices are yours and yours alone. The time to stand up and BE WHO YOU ARE has arrived on the wings of the New Millenia, the Wave of PEACE which was declared by Humanity on December 31, 1999. This Declaration on the part of Humanity has allowed many shifts to occur already in your world. The forgiveness, the unity of helpfulness with earth changes, all serve witness to the peaceful intentions which were carried forth by Humanity, to create for yourselves, for your planet, a New World for the New Millenia and Beyond. We remind you of your intentions from the New Millenia celebrations, and ask you to re-commit to living personal and planetary peace every day. For it is your intentions personally and collectively, added together which create the consciousness of the Earth. This then forms the intention of how your planet will live, will prosper, will function in co-creation with humanity for the Millenia to come. As you prepare your personal consciousness for these Stargate alignments, we ask you to bear witness to yourself of your intentions, your actions, and your deeds that allow the Divine Light and Creation energy to surround and embody you, to assist you in your desires for a new way of living Peace on Earth... A Northern Hemisphere Polar energetic location 15W/30N Southern Hemisphere polar energetic location. 165E/30S The 19th polar energetic represents a connection to the 19th essence of life flower and the 19th position of the Ka-Bal-Ah. It is from this point of creation that the energies of manifestation began their pathway of transition from the source mind of God, a seed thought of creation, and begin the energetic transition from thought into matter. The intention of this Stargate alignment is to repair and reconnect the energies of this 19th polar energetic from the new millennia consciousness grids above the Earth through each individual participating in this Stargate, and blending these energies in a neutral point within the crystalline core of the Earth. It is through this gateway that pure consciousness energy from Source begins the pathway into manifestation of matter within the Earth plane, the physical manifestation, once again restoring a "heaven on Earth". Through these two polar energetic points flow both plus and minus magnetic energies which are then balanced into Zero Point within the Core of the Earth. By distributing the alignments throughout the 25 1/4 time zones, the creation of a balanced entry of these energies into the Earth Grids and Core are accomplished. Although each polar energetic represents the light, sound, magnetic and dimensional resonance frequencies of all things, this polar energetic is more aligned to the Sound tones of the music of the spheres. For those of you who have the Moon Suite - Crystal Bowl CD ROM, you may find that this will assist you in feeling and grounding the Crystalline Energies into the Earth and your personal Crystalline Light Bodies. This is a platform of energy of transition and transmutation. All who participate may choose to focus intention on those life and planetary concerns which you no longer need and are ready to let go, without expectation of outcome. This is the polar energetic which individuals may find will "push their buttons", more than the other alignments. If you are able to do so, performing this alignment outside in full sunshine will provide an additional energy connection for personal transformation and integration. You may ask all the spaces within your fields from which any energies you no longer desire, are released from, to be filled with the golden light of the Sun, the energies of this polar energetic, to replace those energies with the new creation you choose, and are open to receiving. It is in this receiving which many may find the attribute of "deserving", which will be "in their face". Although you may find the explanations which we present to you similar, you may experience the energies quite differently, as the frequencies of each polar energetic are quite different. This polar energetic brings with it the power of transformation and acceptance. This acceptance is of self, of your world, of your reality -one that you have personally created for yourself. Within this power of transformation is the ability and energy frequency for you to change and re-create those aspects of self and your reality, which no longer serve you. As you create a New World order for yourself, you may find that those who are not in harmonic alignment with you will choose to tread a separate pathway. This is their personal choice and not a "fault" of yours, or of your "doing", for no person can "do" for another, nor change them. The only changes come from the self, to the self, and in this, there is the attribute of acceptance and honoring of the pathway that has been chosen by each person. Therefore, this is the Polar Energetic of ACCEPTANCE - Of non-judgement. Within this polar energetic you may find that the Self challenges those beliefs that you hold, or have held, to be released, shifted, transmuted to Divine Order. In a word phrase of your Earth, you cannot push the river, but flow and ebb with its pathway. You can choose to DAM the river, to curse it for its cleansing effects on the Earth, or you can accept the change in Divine Order, for there is a greater plan at work, a greater Divine Plan in which everything is perfect, and all are blessed in Divine Harmony. You have borne witness to many changes in personal lives; some are moving from one place to another, others changing jobs, some feeling restless, depression, many physical ailments and conditions, all which are in alignment with the planetary consciousness and personal consciousness shifts that you have undertaken since your commitment to LIVING PEACE in December. Some of you remember to repeat that intention on a daily basis, for others you have forgotten already the intensity and immensity of the global shift that took place on New Millenia Eve. We remind you at this time, the changes which you have been experiencing should certainly not have been unexpected, given the infinite dedication and intention which all of you held during this time period. And yet as your busy lives have wound back up in the physical world, many of you have forgotten your commitment to LIVING PEACE.
