Dearest Group of friends....
a newsletter will be out today or tomorrow with information on this gate. The significance is more than can be written by any one person or being... much more than can be stated in words, yet much that is to be felt and experienced and integrated by each individual who participates.

Personally, I have not been well and many challenges face me.
June is a month of changes with both of my children graduating, one from high school and one from jr high, a conference appearance in Florida, and Grace & daughter here from Australia, along with the proms and graduation parties and house renovations, many things are changing.
This gate is for EACH of you to TUNE IN TO INDIVIDUALLY.... as the collective we will form the result... the final intention of this Gate and information. There are 5 more Stargate alignments to go before Dec. 31, 1999. So much now is to be unsaid... only felt and experienced. Those of you who have been participating in the Stargates for the last 5 years will feel and know the truth of what I speak. No longer is it the time tell people what to do, but to discern, and listen internally and feel that which is your pathway, your destiny, and your mission. For this Stargate there is no one LEADER... only the thousands of participants. No one person has more knowledge or information than another, for this gate is one of the major keys to the CONSCIOUSNESS platform of the New Millenia.... and that consciousness is formed by ALL. Therefore, the information of this Stargate will be released to Each person individually as they participate... for there are special instructions for everyone as we near the New Millenia.. the old ways of receiving information, the old ways of "leading" are changing....metamorphosizing from the caterpillar to the butterfly, and then beyond.... There are no "leaders" in the Group Mind, the Group consciousness, for together, by our own personal choices, we create the leadership as one mind, one thought, one feeling, one intention. The ways of the old are just that... past. And you cannot repeat nor live in the Past, only the NOW, for each moment past was a future just a thought ago.... Create this Stargate, and receive the information at the exact moment... prepare your personal alignment, release what you no longer need, nor desire... come into this Stargate in FULL CONSCIOUS AWARENESS ... in the NOW... with NO EXPECTATIONS... Feel the Light.. Be the LIght... Live the LIght.. and BE ONE.. with us ALL.
The information is increasing each day, as personal understandings... personal instructions, personal requests by your individual guidance and planetary teams... to DO, or DO NOT.. to exercise your free will choices in the moment... and to move into greater conscious awareness, living that awareness as you LIVE and BE in the third dimensional world in which we live. The Planet, will always remain physical... the plants, trees, animals, humans may not change their outward appearances, yet the inward... the vibrational frequency and conscious awareness... this is what is changing, shifting, accelerating,,, ascending... as we integrate the Light Beings that we are into the Physical Humans that we are.. we become ONE.. and then with that integrated conscious/ physical awareness, we ARE ONE.. in every sense and feeling and existence. It is this which will bring us to the New Millenia and beyond.. it is these energies of CONSCIOUSNESS and physical integration which will bring our world into balance, as WE personally intend and LIVE those beliefs and energies... in our own personal reality. This Gate, and the gates which will come later this year, are the New Millenia....
When each of you, individually aligns and centers, DAILY to the energies of each of the Gates which we have done in the past, and integrates that energy with the newest Stargate, and those of the future (since there is no time), you will each be aligned with your own mission and purpose, and create the collective reality which we are experiencing in each NOW, every day.
I am greatful to all who participate in all the global meditations, whether they are sponsored by Earth LInk Mission or other organizations.
I will be with you, as ONE of the participants in the Stargate... just as we all shall be...
The times of someone "leading" are ended.

Greetings everyone,
It has been some time since I have communicated with you all. Those things in one's life which are not in balance are surfacing for us all. And unto this end, people feel the need to clear them, and make choices as to how they will live their lives in the future.
To this end, I too, am at a crossroads of choices. For the last 9 years, I have totally dedicated my life to ELM and light work, and now I find that I too must make a choice, and be in and of this world. ELM, by its very nature, has grown into a very large organization, all volunteer. A beacon of light in the Cosmos. And so at this time, I must make choices as to how the care taking of ELM is to proceed from this day forward. I have in the past, given up my working career and moneymaking activities to support ELM and keep pace with all the global meditations and emails, which now top 300 per day. For those of you who email me, please be patient if I do not seem to respond to you personally, or if it takes quite qalot of time to do so. The monthly newsletters and alerts of the last 5 years have gone on to support and supply thousands of people with information and assistance. The Stargate alignments have provided the planet with a stable energy platform with which to integrate those energies which otherwise might have created an in-balance in the tectonic plates, and physical landmasses. Using the Stargate alignments, thousands of Lightworkers globally together have practiced Unity Consciousness in a way that has created the Group Mind for the integration of these high frequency energies. And all has been in Divine Order. The communications with Lightworkers globally have been wonderful. The energy of being together is beyond compare. I have dedicated my life and time, which now averages a minimum of 12 hours a day, 7 days a week, to ELM, and the planetary service. And I am now finding myself exhausted. The workload of the organization has become overwhelming, certainly more than one or 2 people could handle, and the monetary expenses, more than can be met. In all this time, ELM has never asked for monetary support. And it has been in harmony with the way my life has been. My husband and family have chipped in and paid all the expenses and bills of trips and phones and fax lines, and all matters of things. And this is no longer possible. And so, I have clear choices to make as well. There are personal physical and monetary needs which must be balanced and met in my life. And so the imbalance is now "in my face" as well. I am certain I am not alone in this mirror. There are so many things and so many choices which bring us to peacefulness and calmness. And so I now am at a crossroads to those decisions as well. Quite plainly, I need a rest, help, .
I am no longer in a position to continue ELM to the level of commitment which I have, and which it needs as an entity. And I feel that a new primary caretaker or series of caretakers must come forward, for the day to day operations and information which ELM has been privileged to send and receive. A new TEAM of many volunteers working together in a coordinated manner, not unlike a "board of trustees", for the New Millenia must come forward and take ELM to new heights of awareness and greatness. Grace Skrzypiec, the ELM coordinator for Australia has been with me for 5 months now, assisting and coordinating, and helping with all the tasks which comprise an organization. I am eternally indebted to Grace for her dedication, her friendship, her love and her assistance. Soon she will return to Australia, and an emptiness will be felt by all here who assist me in the ELM endeavors. Randy, in Portland Oregon, has committed himself for the last 2 years to hosting the ELM website, and maintaining the ELM newsletter mailing lists, a great task as people change and the vision of ELM grows. And Harry, near Vancouver Canada, has monitored the ELM CHAT and ELM FORUM mailing lists, doing all the administrative and monitoring functions for the last year. Harry has also facilitated the online meditations, when he can. My son, Jonathan, in Massachusetts helps when he can with technical assistance and programming, and website page changes. Nicholas, my younger son, helps with mailings, phone calls, office tasks. Steve, my husband, helps with technical assistance, computer upgrades and networks. Most recently Cornelis of Switzerland has undertaken an overhaul of the ELM website,. This has been quite a task given the site which started out as only 1 page on the Internet 5 years ago, has grown to close to 80 pages of information, 400 website links, and coordinator volunteers in over 50 countries of the world who assist and coordinate Stargate meditation 4 times a year. Yet even with this Core Group of incredible and dedicated assistants, the workload and maintenance of a growing organization is more than can be handled by this small band of volunteers.
To this end, I have had to step back and take a break, physically, mentally, emotionally and etherically. The Council has asked that I "go global" with a Millenia Meditation for Humanity, a most incredible task, as we are asked to invite 2 Billion people to join us in this endeavor. In order to prepare for this, and to place FOCUS on this, I must make some choices and changes in my personal and service life. There are personal demands as well which now must be met as my eldest son enters college. Given the current reality, I must return to the business world in September, to support college expenses and family commitments as my life is evolving and changing. I feel I am in concert with the Planet in these shifts. I realize that I need significant help, and that I am personally responsible for the reality I am in. And so, given the current paradigm, and in concert with my own teachings, "if you don't like the picture, CHANGE IT and create a new one". The choice is mine and I feel I must take the initiative, and make some clear choices now.

CHOICES AND CHANGES
To this end, I have instituted some changes and choices. Some are already in place, yet all are open to possibilities and instantaneous resolution. It is with deep sadness that I must announce these changes, yet I am not in a position to carry out these ever increasing demands and tasks alone at the ELM offices, anymore. The volunteers are spread out across the country and the world, and yet there are certain things that require on site assistance. I am not in a position to coordinate many volunteers. Perhaps someone will step forward as a volunteer coordinator! There are over 70 project/ tasks currently going on, and this is not possible for one human in one geographic location to handle, not even a multidimensional one! There is just not enough time and space for it all! And so, the following changes will be effective immediately. This is akin to a corporate downsizing… a time when one must just get simple… pull in resources and trust that all will be in divine order. I trust, when activities are in divine order and meant to move forward once again, they will.
Having a background in project and time management, the calculations of manpower to sustain the current operations, are a group of approximately 7 on site full time volunteers/paid personnel. Even with multidimensionality, it is not possible for only one or two people to maintain all the activities which are in motion. This is one of the clear lessons of manifestation.. you OWN what you manifest, even if you can't keep up with it! And so.. choices… time for choices…and remaining open to the manifestations which can bring to balance all the choices which now are made.
ELM OFFICES
This year has already seen a closing of the ELM Center, and now we will be scheduled to close the offices themselves in September. Personnel and funding would be required in order to keep them open and functioning. The offices have served as a main coordination point for the thousands of requests which we have received which are both via email and snailmail, in multiple languages, for information and assistance in many different countries around the world. The offices support the business requirements of an organization which although on the Internet, has inquiries and demands which are like all other businesses. The computers, photocopier, fax, and phones are the link to the world outside the Net, which supply information for conferences, and appearances, and have served as a weekly meditation space for a local ELM group. Since ELM philosophy is that you can do these meditations anywhere you desire, the need for a Center is not apparent at this time. The ELM office has served as a place for Chandara to keep files and information on groups and activities globally. It will be missed. WE are certainly open to manifesting funding and personnel to maintain these functions, and if in Divine Order, I know that all will come in perfection.
ELM NEWSLETTER CHANGES
The ELM newsletter will now proceed to a quarterly format only as an information piece on Stargate energy alignments. The announcements will only be directly related to the channels which the Council sends to Lightworkers to perform the GATE alignments. I cannot guarantee nor commit to anything further at this time. I am totally grateful to Randy, webmaster of the ELM site, and Harry, who have maintained the newsletter on-line sign up and ELM and CHAT forums. There is much administrative work involved in all this, and they have and continue to perform these tasks for which I am eternally grateful.
ELM WEBSITE UPGRADES & REDESIGN
The ELM website has been graciously updated by Cornelis in Switzerland, and has a new look. It now awaits others who can volunteer time and work independently with Cornelis to update and finalize the information on the site. If you can assist in any other updating/ programming/ assistance in the graphics or information on the website, please contact Cornelis at europe@earthlinkmission.org.
ELM WEBSITE TRANSLATIONS
Many of you have asked us for translations of the website. Cornelis has created a separate section for language translations. If you would like to translate, or update any of the translations of the ELM site, please contact Cornelis directly at Europe @ earthlinkmission.org. Translations will be available at the gracious gifts of translations from ELM members. Cornelis can send you details on how to submit the translations.
ELM EMERGENCY RESPONSE TEAM, COORDINATORS, and VOLUNTEERS
The ELM Emergency Response Team, Coordinator and Volunteer pages have been put in a temporary state of disconnection, as the information is no longer valid, although people continue to sign up monthly. It has been almost a year since the pages have been updated. The confidential information requires monthly maintenance, and there are not enough hours in the day or night to handle the workloads any longer alone.
If anyone feels they can help out, they can coordinate with Randy or Harry or Cornelis. This optimum situation would be to have all email signups to come to a specific volunteer. The information would then be placed into an ACCESS data file and then only certain bits of information placed onto the website. The confidential information will duplicately be sent to the ELM office (for the time being). And a separate email list must be maintained for the ELM coordinators, Volunteers and Emergency Response Team members as well. The updating of the site will require an online sign up to be set up, and then the appropriate database and information flows to be set up and tested as well. For this we need volunteers help for web site programming, and Access programming and report formats. If anyone feels that they can assist, please send an email to office@earthlinkmisison.org, webmaster@earthlinkmission.org, and europe@earthlinkmission.org, and we will coordinate together this project. This may take several volunteers to have this portion of the website come together.
ELM WEB LINKS
The ELM web links pages have been disconnected. No further links can be added at this time. . All links which were connected must be researched and screened for energetic and context compatibility. The site has currently over 400 links, and these may or may not be valid any longer. A new design must be set up to send a links submission to ELM and then an approval process must be put into place to maintain appropriate energetic links to the ELM site on a weekly basis. Volunteers are needed for this task, to review the current links, and to assist in programming a submission link. When this is completed, a volunteer will be needed to review the links for compatibility.
ELM SHOPPING CART
This project, a dream for a long time, has been placed on hold until such time as funding can be obtained and more help can come forward to do the final touches and descriptions on products and services which may be on the site. Although we have been busy developing a vibrational product line for the New Millenia, there is still much which needs to be completed. Assistance is needed in this, to bring it to fruition. The product sales were projected to bring to ELM the financial assistance needed to move forward and on into the Millenia. Randy has been a great help in doing preliminary set up of this site, yet much more work needs to be completed, in design and testing of the site and its content. A volunteer is most welcome to assist us in this, and look for more products, which might assist ELM in obtaining finances.
ELM BOOKS, TAPES, and CD
This project has been placed on HOLD until more time can be found to move forward once again. At this time, we are in cleanup mode with all projects and plans. Chandara has not had the time to dedicate to these efforts, and the projects are on hold. There are over 150 audio and DAT tapes of channels, workshops and lectures, which are waiting transcription. The Council has asked to put together a book of the Stargate Chronicles, a history of all the channels and world events surrounding the past Stargates. This involves research and editing and compiling time. This would require a new group of volunteers who feel they can assist and support these efforts.
Archangel Michael Website, a request from Michael to link to ELM.
This website, although requested by Michael, is a function of time, space, and financing. Planned to be a place of connection for all of AA Michael's information and products, the website will be disconnected and placed on hold. Many more information, links, and products need to be aligned. We are completely open to the possibilities, which it can bring this into physical manifestation.
Crystalline Light Body Website, books, tapes, and workshops
This website will remain in stasis, on hold, also a function of time and space. Many of you may not know of the Crystalline Light Body, yet it is information channeled to me through the Council, for the advanced photon and light energy system integration of the human body into the Adam Kadmon Be-ing of Light. This information is now at a critical juncture as we move into the New Millenia for it increases one's awareness of Unity, Group Mind, Manifestation, Oneness, Personal Power and fortifies the understanding of Personal Responsibility. The Council as asked that this information be presented in book format as soon as possible. Although this information, channeled by the Council, is certainly important and timely in its content, the multiple projects and current manpower, do not allow time to focus on this intently. The materials will require extensive time for modifications and new material to be added. Although we have many requests for a CLB book, this will require transcription, editing and putting it together which is a function of time and funding. If anyone feels drawn to do this work, I am most open to the possibilities of moving this forward as soon as possible. The more people who understand the Crystalline Light Body and its philosophies of personal responsibility, the greater the increase in the Light they are able to hold for themselves, the planet and the galaxy. New Millenia Meditation…. The MILLENIA MOMENT
All of my personal available focused concentration must now be shifted and move forward to the New Millenia and the Millenia Moment scheduled for Midnight on Dec. 31, 1999. Global volunteers are needed to spread the information, contact local churches, organizations, radio and TV in order to gain the wide spread awareness of this event. Internet connections and web links will be required as well as a redesign of the website, and preparation for translations. The Council has asked for 144 Primary Language translations of this material to be placed on the website in easily downloadable format so people will understand and participate if they choose to do so. The success of spreading the word of this meditation will be directly related to the amount of people globally who are dedicated to translating and spreading the word of this event.
The more people that participate, the more we will shift the paradigm of the Group Mind, and CREAT the FIRST THOUGHT for the NEW MILLENIA. A Personal and Planetary commitment to Living PEACE…

If at midnight on the International Dateline, we can all reach the words WORLD, we WILL CREATE the very first thought, personally committing to PEACE and committing this thought for all of humanity. This has never been done before in this way, and we invite you to join us.
Then, in EACH timezone, as MIDNIGHT progresses around the planet, we will create a WAVE of CONSCIOUS INTENTION of personally living PEACE, creating a 24 hour wave of Peaceful Harmony through loving intention.
You do not have to wait for Midnight, December 31, 1999. You can begin, today, to committing to living PEACE, and in this way, placing your personal intention using your conscious mind, and then within the group consciousnes of the world as we prepare the Global Community for this intentional statement of living peace.
I know in my heart that we can make a difference, and that difference comes from EACH one of us, personally committing to living in a peaceful way, a little bit more, each and every day. If we begin now, by December 31, we will have a solid platform of conscious intention with which to CREATE the FIRST THOUGHT FOR THE MILLENIA…. And thus the golden opportunity spoken of in many philosophical and religious teachings will come to pass. This is a non-denominational intention. It is from one HUMAN to another.. a personal commitment to living in a peaceful way, of choosing to be peace and acceptance rather than anger and judgement, of peace rather than war, learning to live with one another in harmony and balance…. Perhaps, just perhaps, each of us, working in this way each day, making our own personal commitment, we can and will create the platform of HOPE to change the way we live in this world, and bring to ourselves, the PEACE that we desire for ourselves, our children, our children's children, and on into the New Millenia.
I invite you to join me in this simple personal commitment to PEACE.

CLOSING message
I realize personally that the work with ELM has been the most wonderful gift for me, personally and planetarily. My personal commitment to making a difference has taken me on a pathway to all the continents of the world, to meet and remember new and old friends, and connect and blend energies and information in ways which would never have been possible had I been afraid, had I not committed totally to this pathway. Yet now, I feel a deep sadness, to know that the ELM pathway must be placed on hold by me for a while, to allow my self rejuvenation time and regeneration of the body, mind, spirit and all physical aspects. It is a time of balancing. I realize that a single dream, so innocent and pure in its intent, has grown to an enormous global presence, because of all the connections with YOU… its members and volunteers. And now, the volunteers are needed to bring ELM forward, further into the Millenia and beyond. And so, I know that you all will find it in your hearts to understand, for I send you the deepest unconditional love from the core of my Be-Ing.
It is time to take another pathway…. For a while…. And a rest…before the Dawning of the New Millennia.. The Golden Age, the time of awakening and commitment for us ALL.

Greetings and welcome,
We come to you this day asking you to greet the light and open to the dawning of the new consciousness which is already coming to you for the New Millenia. In this light of conscious awareness is a great influx of understanding of personal reality creation, and the understanding of personal commitment, for all who manifest and create, in each thought of each day, are certainly responsible for those creations, big and small. We ask you to feel within yourselves the glow, the dawning of the New Millenia consciousness energies. WE realize that this awareness is shaking people both emotionally, mentally, and physically, sometimes to the core of your being, the Seat of the Soul. In this shaking, the old ways are not longer functioning for your. And the time has come to join, in Unity of purpose, of mind, of thought, of deed and action, to create a New World consciousness of understanding, tolerance, conscious awareness that you are all ONE, intertwined by your creations, and your realities. IN this inter locking of energies comes a new broadened understanding that you are NOT alone, and you are, within divine Order personally responsible for your personal creation, and the creations which you create which impact and effect others. It is in this impacting, all the great mirrors which are challenging your life, are now beginning to shine the Light of Awareness of the dawning of the New Millenia. This Stargate marks the point 6 months from the energy integration of the final alignment of the New Millenia. The Half Way Mark, as you would say.. to integrating the consciousness factors which will be the platform for Unity and Group Mind intertwined with Personal Responsibility, Free- Will and Emotion, those very factors which you have as a group of souls, come here to integrate and BE, and bring into a new awareness and energy… one never before seen nor felt in the Universes. Earth, as the Great Experiment of t a thousand star systems, is now on her final pathway and approach to the consciousness integration for the New Millenia. This Golden Age is one of unity of thought, and relationship of one human being to another, knowing that we are all connected by the same life force, the same energies that power and run all universes and galaxies. It is this very understanding that will bring your world to a new awareness, a new height, of understanding within the energies of the Golden Age.
And so, we ask you to look at your personal realities at this time, to view and observe how and what you are creating in your life on a daily basis. It is in this daily creation of your own reality, that this combines with the reality of first, your closest human relationships - your children, you r family, your friends, your so-workers. WE ask you to observe your interactions with those whom you feel you are " at odds: with, for they are your best mirrors of reality, and in them YOU see those human and personal traits and actions which you yourself can not tolerate in yourself. For if you were not aware of them, then surely, they are in synchronicity with you, and there is not "Friction", no "charge:" to the situation. WE ask you to observe these things, and bring them to balance… to a point of understanding where you can both come to terms of agreement and cooperation. This is not to say that you will completely agree, nor should you attempt to change the reality of one another, for in truth you cannot. YOU have created your reality by your personal beliefs and actions. And if you have done harm to another being by your words or deeds or actions, we ask you to right this wrong at this time, to ask for forgiveness of yourself, and that person. If you have spoken unkind words of someone, we ask you to clear the energies of intolerance between you. And to try to live each day, one day at a time, in unconditional love, in tolerance, in balance. For when you are in balance, surely things which are not of balance, can pass through you, and not effect you in the same ways they would if you are not in balance. WE would ask you to perform the Infinity meditation daily, to remain connected to the Grids and the Core at all times, to maintain your personal pillar of light as a divine protection, a divine balance point for your soul and body to coexist in harmony within the multiple dimensions of the Earth Plane. For surely she (the earth) as well, can balance an d maintain in perfection as you also connect and assist her in transmuting any discordant energies which are to be brought back to balance. It is time to realize that you, as individuals, are responsible for your personal lives, and the connections which you create to all others, It is your belief and reality which creates all actions for all lessons in your life. If you choose to bring these lessons to you in ways which will " be in your face" or "wake you up", that is your choice. Yet if you look at the energy of situations, and realize that you are the one who has the Power to CHANGE the reality, and bring it back to balance, and that that change can only come from YOU, then you are well on your way to creating and LIVING PEACE and balance in your daily lives.
The Stargate which will be initiated at both Victoria Falls in Zimbabwe and in Cape Town in South Africa, carries the energies of the true meaning of personal responsibility, and balance, creating the balance in all things. AT noon at Victoria Falls, we will align and center this energy integration once again. Africa contains some of the oldest vestiges of your current civilization. This Stargate is meant to assist in balancing the consciousness of the very beginnings of your current civilization of humanity, to restore the balance between man and beast, and all living things, to once again that the UNITY you feel and experience must be UNITY of the Heart and Mind and Soul… and the soul of all living creatures, all living consciousnesses on your Living Planet, will be involved in this alignment and integrations.
As we move closer to this alignment, we remind you that the 12 days prior and after this energy influx on June 20, will be very powerful days for intentioning your life, balancing and bringing to resolution all those energies which are not in perfection for you. WE remind you that we have given an essence, to assist you in these times. This may be a time of emotional releasing and change for many of you. Yet if you are CLEAR in these thoughts, CLEAR in your intentions and ready and willing to accept the personal responsibility that you are now CREATING what you desire.. You will move forward in all of these tings with ease and grace, in harmony and balance. And Great LOVE for all humanity, all species, and all things on your earth, and beyond.

The next Stargate in September is a TRIPLE STARGATE, which will occur over South America, beginning on the east coast, then the Center, and then the west coast, over a 3 day period. This will complete the balancing of the southern hemispehere which was begun in Sept. 97 in Australia, and with this latest Gate in Africa for June 99.
