and write the following phrase in the body of the mail

add <your e-mail address>

(Just write "add ....(your e-mail address) ...." where you would normally write your letter)

So your e-mail should look something like this:

Subject: ELM Newsletter

add (... write your e-mail address here...)

That´s all there is to it. You will now receive the newsletters as Chandara puts them out.
