My Dearest friends,
As I reflect back on 1998, I find myself truly blessed with the gifts you
have all given to me.  This has been a year of great tribulation and
testing, for me, and for all of us.  I am truly grateful for your love and
support, which has carried me through these difficult times, such as the
illness of my son last winter.  I know that with your support, there is
nothing that we, as a dedicated, focused, committed spiritual group, cannot
do together.  It is in this spirit of Oneness and Light, that we shall
truly assist our world in repatterning and returning to Balance, the
energies of ourselves, and the Earth.

I personally welcome a close to 1998 with much joy and gratitude.  I
realize that the challenges and opportunities are just beginning as we
embark on the New Millenia. For me the personal challenge will be the New
Millenia Meditation on Dec. 31, 1999.  I know that with your help, and your
dedication, we can spread the word and create a truly wondrous event that
all of humanity can participate in!

I am truly blessed, as Grace from Adelaide is coming to the USA to assist
me for several months, to prepare for this meditation event.  ELM is a
global all volunteer organization which has grown beyond my wildest dreams.
We gain additional coordinators each and every month.  Now, the
organizational administration has become overwhelming for me alone, so in
1999, I would ask all of you to assist in any way you can.  There is much
to do.  When Grace arrives, we will be able to organize and perhaps
delegate some of these tasks to others.  It may only take an individual a
few of hours a week, but these are hours that we could certainly use
assistance with, as each few hours adds up to much time.  As we come into
1999, there will be much to do, both in contacting coordinators in each
country, and passing on information to other networks and organizaitons as
well.  So, I welcome all help!

Anyone who feels they have a few hours to spare, are invited to write to
Grace at office@earthlinkmission.org, and tell her how you might be able to
assist.  WE welcome everyone in this great task before us!

ELM has grown to be one of the most respected Global volunteer
organizations for spiritual Earth work and energy in the global community.
I receive many letters from other groups, who are now linking with us,
combining our energies into ONE, for the good of all.  It is this spirit of
unconditional love, and unity, which brings tears to my eyes, and love to
my heart, each day.  It is this spirit and dedication, which keeps me
going.  So, dear friends, I am deeply grateful for all of you, in every
way!

And, a very special thank you to Harry, Sha Hara - who is now the
administrator for the ELM CHAT and ELM FORUM, and the IRC and ICQ chat
lines.  To Randy, the Guardian Angel of the ELM website, the newsletter,
the mailing lists, and who donates his web server to maintain ELM for all
of you.  To Grace the Country Coordinator in Australia who does all the
editing of the channels, documents and the ELM Paper Newsletter in
Australia; to Shola & Cornelis in Switzerland who maintain ELM Europe, and
are translating the documents into German; to Susanna in Finland, who is
translating some documents into Finnish and French; to Carolyn in Italy who
translates into Italian, and to all the other glorious global volunteers
who translate this information into (I am told) 7 languages worldwide.  To
you, we give Thanks, and may the treasures of the Heavens be yours, always,
for your gifts of service.

New Year Message December 30, 1998 - channel by Chandara

Greetings and Welcome!
WE bring you great tidings of JOY this day as we approach the final year of
your millenium.  Much is already in place for the energetic alignment for
the Year
2000 energies of the New Millenia.  The Stargate which is currently
integrating has brought much new energy to the planet.  This event, which
has served to balance and stabilize the grids, and the creation of a NEW
grid system, with the blended energetic frequency of the New Millenia
Consciousness, is almost completed.  This New Millenia Consciousness is the
combination of the Christ Consciousness, Unity Consciousness and
Unconditional Love, with World Peace, Harmony, and Balance.  This new Grid
is now available for all Lightworkers, on which to build the new
Consciousness platforms of PEACE and global harmony, in a way which has not
been present on Earth before.

This new alignment of energies symbolizes the beginning of the energetic
for the Golden Age, which has been spoken of and prophesized to you for
aeons of time.  As we speak to you, the energies of this new template and
reality are stabilizing and harmonizing within the twelve multiple
dimensions of your Earth Plane.  The New Millenia Frequency is now
available to all who are able to access this grid.  It is available for all
Lightworkers for the integration and acceleration of the planetary and
personal ascension for planet Earth.  This is in preparation for the
energetic switchover on Dec. 31, 1999, at midnight, the official birthday
and birthplace for this New Millenia.  Those Lightworkers who are able to
access these new high vibrational patterns and hold them consistently, will
find dramatic changes in their perceptions and realities, as their personal
awareness and spiritual growth accelerates.

WE are deeply indebted to you for your consistent dedication to the energy
alignments which are referred to as STARGATES.  It is with your help and
assistance that these energies integrate within the Core of the Earth, and
the Sun of your Solar System, and beyond.  Within the energies of this most
recent Stargate, the Universal energies were transmitted not only to your
planet, but to all planets in your solar system, and then beyond, to all
the original Galaxies and solar systems which have made up the creational
blueprints and platforms of your planet, and this grand experiment of
Earth. These integrated energies of Christ Consciousness, Unity
Consciousness and Unconditional love, were blended within the Earth Plane
to encompass the understanding of Free Will within Divine Order and
Universal Truth.  As this New Millenia energy creation now grounds and
integrates within the Earth, so it shall integrate within all the original
galaxies and universes.  The final complement of Energy for understanding
and acceptance, of one with another, of all life forms and all
consciousnesses, which is the greater alignment of the energies of the New
Millenia.

We shall leave you now, and bid you a "Happy New Year" for in truth, this
New Year is the start of the final chapter of your old millenia.  It is an
opportunity for Humanity to cleanse and clear the final imbalanced energies
which have presented themselves in chaos and destruction on your planet.
It is the final opportunity for those on their spiritual path to awaken and
take their places, for the NEW MILLENIA.  For all who seek, shall find in
this next year, the peace and love and compassion and support of ALL
Be-ings, all planets, all realities.  It is within this next year that the
spiritual awakening of humanity shall define the platform of energies for
the Next Millenium - the next 1000 years.  This is the greatest opportunity
for all within your history of recorded time on the Earth.

And so, in this NEW MILLENIA energy, as this Stargate comes to complete
integration, we would ask the Earth Link Mission volunteers, and all those
who have assisted in these alignments to consider an alignment for MIDNIGHT
DECEMBER 31, 1998.

For the New Year, in EACH time zone, that is to say, the midnight in YOUR
time zone (2400 hr on the planet), that you would perform the Stargate
Meditation, or any meditation of your choosing, and for 12 seconds HOLDthe
CENTER ALIGNMENT of Zero Point Polarity, at Midnight, with this intention:
- Universal Peace, within your life, within all humanity, within the Earth,
and within all the planets of your solar system, and beyond
- That all Humanity might become ONE with acceptance, love, honor, peace,
balance and harmony, releasing the thought of judgement, and blame, and
accepting all people and situations for the glorious Be-Ings that you are.
- That your planet may, in these next 12 months, within these last 6
Stargates of the New Millenia, realize PEACE and Integrate the New Millenia
Consciousness into the energies of all things on Earth, and all things
connected to the Stars.

WE thank you for your consideration in this meditation alignment, and join
you at Midnight in Each Time Zone to activate and align these energies.
May the PEACE and LOVE of the One be with you Always in this last year of
the Millenium, and on into the New Millenia!
For we are ONE with you, always!

STARGATE FOLLOW UPS

Toronto - Jerusalem Stargate Alignment Dec. 20, 1998, by Chandara

The gathering at the Unity Church in Greenriver, outside Toronto was an
auspicious event.  Approximately 60 people gathered to experience this
Stargate Activation. I was guided to speak of the New Millenia meditation,
and I asked the Unity Church to be the first group to assist in spreading
the word of this Dec 31, 1999 event.

The Stargate energies were very strong and fully present as I prepared the
alignment with the help of the Stargate Crystal.  As always, I was guided
by the Council to align the grids, and then, when ready, to activate and
LINK all members of the Earth Link Mission teams globally.  The
consciousness participation was felt by ALL who were present.  The vision
of tens of thousands of pillars of light connected from the Crystalline
Core of the Earth to the Grids above was seen by many of those
participating.  This is the same vision I see at each Stargate, when the
combined ELM volunteers are linked together as ONE.  Once all the
consciousness has linked together, a Golden Glow covers the Earth for
thousands of miles out into the Galaxy, and then the energies of the
Stargate are connected, and linked, and absorbed into the Golden Glow of
Oneness.

The Group meditation completed at 2:53 PM, 7 minutes prior to the Jimmy
Twyman call for a World Peace Meditation.  The Group of volunteers agreed
to stay on and link to this meditation as well.  At 3 PM we once again
linked our consciousness into the Stargate and into the Peace Meditation.
I was guided to form a golden pink ball of light, over the Stargate
Crystal, as participants linked their Hearts and Unconditional love and
sent it into the Ball of Light.  As the glowing energy ball began to
expand, rays of iridescent light began to shoot out and connect to each
person's heart center, and soul core, sending this energy from the person
to the ball to Source and back to the person again.  This ball began to
grow and expand until it covered the entire Globe in this golden pink and
iridescent light of unconditional love, Christ consciousness and unity
consciousness - the new blended energy from the Stargate.  Once the glowing
energy orb covered the Earth, it integrated with the Golden Glow which was
present for the Stargate Alignment.  AT that moment, the Earth's golden
energy began to form the new Grid, the energetic mesh on which the New
Millenia Consciousness was to reside.  This Golden Pink Iridescent grid is
now permanently in place for the New Millenia.

As the meditation subsided, many people had many visions, and they will
share them with me at a later date, so that I may in turn share them with
you.

I am deeply Grateful to Rev. Diane Matthews of the Unity Church in Canada
and to the global volunteers who performed this Stargate, for their
glorious participation in this wonderful event.



>From Stanley in Vermont - the Stargate Alignment Dec. 20, 1998

The stargate opening of 12/20/98 was preceded by what I perceived as great
chaos. World events served to distract people from their truth selves,
perhaps to dramatise the unwanted ways of living that we humans have come
to accept as OK over time. This was a wake up call; an opportunity for us
all to re-evaluate our beliefs on a core level.  For some it is further
cementing their unhealthy beliefs for the moment.  For others it is shaking
up their realities and creating an opportunity for new truths to reveal.
All in all it is happening according to universal laws.  We are being
reminded in core ways about our divinity and co-creative abilities.  It is
indeed time to use our gifts for the good of all and harm of none,
according to divine plan.  With this comes a responsibility to watch every
word, thought, action, and deed to insure that we are acting from our
higher selves rather than our limited ego selves.

It really is possible to see the light at the end of the tunnel now! The
Light seems to be getting stronger as the Dark also is stronger.  This
allows for greater and greater polarities of magnetics which is not such a
bad thing even though it appears as such. In fact the greater polarities
allow us to move closer to the null zone, the neutral zone of perfection,
not limited by human physical reality.  Think of it as the greater and
greater force of energy permitted by ever increasing charges of plus and
minus energies; and then it all implodes into the null zone.  We are indeed
getting closer.

I am reminded that when things get more and more chaotic that the
inevitable next outcome of all this is expansion/growth.  In this case it
is the expansion/growth of our consciousness which is serving to remind us
of the powers of creation that we all have to create a different reality,
free of duality, free of limitation, free of abuse, free of time
constraints, and free of anything that is not in alignment with our higher
selves. Whether we like it or not, this recent Stargate has catapulted us
towards truth.  We now get to choose what we do with it.  May we all share
compassion for our humanness as we remember how to be who we truly are.

>From Grace in Australia.

It was dawn in Australia and we watched the sunrise as we prepared for this
solstice Stargate.  A Star of David was made at the center of the circle
from a variety of crystals. At each point were the symbols for the 5 main
religions of the world and at the sixth point a symbol for the "Light".
With each religion there was a particular crystal type - an amethyst,
citrine, rose quartz, smoky quartz, garnierite and blood stone.  These were
placed on the outside of the star as guidance directed and the Archangel
Michael frequency was placed at the center.

Eight of us joined in the meditation as the energies came in.  We
intentioned that balance be restored to all religions of the world - that
everyone in the world would stand alongside their brother/sister and honour
his/her beliefs without judgement or criticism, in peace, love and harmony.

We facilitated the incoming energies for our region in South Australia,
then Australia, then Antarctica, New Zealand, the Pacific, across South
America , the Atlantic and South Africa.  Then we united with the northern
hemisphere.  By this time the whole world was a GLOW --- a glorious golden
glow of light.  We could sense the presence of others who were
participating.  The energies were then stabilised into the flower of life -
with the 3rd dimension and then into the remaining dimensions until it had
been permeated right through.  Once this was done the focus became
Jerusalem and we directed specific love energy there.  As we did this we
could hear the birds who had come to join us.

We were out in the open at a vortex, on an oval with gum trees and wild
life behind us, standing in a circle with candles and the crystals in the
middle.  As we focused the energies on Jerusalem a bird flew over head and
cooed.  We continued to enjoy the meditation and stayed in the energy for a
good while longer, even after we felt that the work had been done.

Many of us remained connected when we left the circle and celebrated over
breakfast and we noticed that the clouds overhead had formed around a
circle of clear blue sky. It was a most joyous occasion and we felt
"united" in love and joy.  Thank you to Chandara and all participants whose
love and positive frequencies helped make this such a wonderful, fantastic,
awesome experience.


>From Kelemeria in Vermont

I hope all of you had incredible experiences during the Stargate.  We had
about 40 people in Southern Vermont on this wonderful piece of land.  There
was a labyrinth and a medicine wheel.  It was nice to have warmer weather
for this event.  The energy was incredible as we felt it begin to surge all
around us in the labyrinth.  We worked with the ancient grids to open up
more tolerance and peace for the entire region.  We anchored the turquoise
with silver threads ray - 17th which represents Universal Love.  We saw the
cornerstone placed in Jerusalem.  We felt much love to the whole region.
We anchored it into the Mother Earth, Christ Consciousness Grid and the
Merkaba for it to be locked into Love, Unity and Peace.  One person
remarked she felt herself giving a huge hug to the entire region.

We set up this configuration: I and two others represented past, present
and the future. Around us were 14 people with 12 in a 12 pointed Star.  We
included all the countries in that region and added Palestine to make 14.
13 represented the lost tribes of Israel. Then we had others anchoring the
energy.  This was our incredible experience.

Magnetics from the New Millenia - by Stanley Bartlett

This recent Stargate 12/20/98 revealed greater dichotomy of magnetic
polarities.  In the realm in which we have been living previous to the
Gate, we have been accustomed to the plus and minus, good and bad, light
and dark, yin and Yang, male and female, contraction and expansion, of
polarities.  We seem to have endlessly been struggling to maintain the
balance between opposites, struggling to have the ego be right in our
evaluation and decision making.  Oh how magnificently we humans have been
playing this game of polarities lately as we struggle for control and power
over others in the hope that our way (polarity view) will win out.
Politics, governments, mergers, IRS, sexual abuse, bombings, UN
resolutions, etc are often miss understood for the true polarities of their
message.  It is often not as it appears!  One of the most common ways of
maintaining control of the masses is through fear and manipulation.  Most
people do not realize how powerful the control (polarity view) is of a few
extremely powerful families in the world.  They are about 13 in number, all
members of the most elite and highest levels of the Free Masons, with
control over most of the banks, newspapers, media, communication, oil,
politics, governments etc.  When we explore further we discover that this
control has been going on for thousands of years.  Due to the power of the
global communication channels these days, the control mechanism has become
highly sophisticated.  One common tactic to maintain control over the
masses is problem, reaction, solution.  Here is an example of how it works.
The problem is a bombing of the federal building in Okalahoma City with
many deaths, the reaction is outrage, public condemnation, the President
comes on the air to report that we have to do something to protect innocent
people, increase police rights, promises to find the guilty party no matter
what is required.  The solution then follows with the President announcing
that he has conferred with the Attorney General to find ways of giving the
police more rights.  Janet Reno then within 24 hrs announces that she has
immediately authorized emergency approval for an extra 500,000 wire taps to
track the bandits.

The truth below the surface might be interpreted differently as, lets see
what we can orchestrate so that we can take away more privacy and "we the
people" sovereign rights to further our world order agenda.  If we asked
the people for an extra 500,000 wire taps they would certainly say NO.  But
if we create a problem, reaction, solution then they will agree that the
solution is what we must do.

What can "we the people" do to keep the polarities in balance so that we do
not continue as "we the sheep" blindly following the herd?  First we must
have knowledge of what is really happening.  Next we must wake up and take
back our individual sovereign rights as divine beings.  Here is where we
begin to balance the polarities to the null zone -- the ultimate solution!

The struggle for magnetic polarity control on a human level is of course
mirrored in Mother Earth.  Fortunately, many enlightened beings are co-
creating together to form a new magnetic grid consciousness in the earth.
This new magnetic grid is being set up to allow for deepening polarities to
play out karma so that we can once and for all return to the null zone of
perfection.  So the next time you are drawn to react to the polarity of any
given situation remember the neutral/null zone point.  Just think of it as
the balance point between a + and - .

It is all just energy anyhow, so when we detach ourselves from the human
attachments and see it all for what it really is, + and -, then we are able
to truly remember how to create heaven on earth.  Perhaps it is time for a
world meditation on creating the null/neutral zone in all matters.  May we
all remember the null zone of perfection.
