Greetings and Welcome,
As time compresses in this 3D world of ours, the messages come faster and
faster, and the TIME to get them out to everyone gets smaller and smaller.
Sometimes I think that a tape recorder I need connected directly to my
brain so that this information could be captured in its entirety and then
later transcribed and sent to all of you!

In this world of transition, there is much which is happening, and all of
it is in perfection. We are, all of us, shifting and changing as the
energies are building rapidly toward the New Millennia and the Year 2000.
Many of you are looking toward this date as a time when we will CHANGE THE
WORLD. And this is so. WE have the opportunity, to shift the belief system,
thought forms and patterns of the consciousness of the inhabitants of the
Earth into Divine order and perfection for the good of ALL and harm of
none. We will begin this shift on New Years Eve 1999, at Midnight. As the
people of the World Focus on the CHANGE of the New Millenia, the Council
has asked that a GLOBAL MEDITATION for WORLD PEACE be performed, that a
minute of Silence and Meditation be observed with the intention of World
Peace, Justice, Acceptance, Commitment, Unconditional Love, Harmony and
Freedom. For in this time, we will have the golden opportunity of the
Millenia. In that moment, most of the Global Population will be focused on
the Clock, waiting for the year to change from 1999 to 2000. When billions
of people focus at the same moment in time, with the same intention, with
the same clarity, and ask for the same outcome, the consciousness energy
generated far exceeds any we have been able to access to date.  For those
of Earth Link Mission who choose to do so, we will align with the Infinity
(Stargate) Meditation, and join as ONE global consciousness to Greet the
New Millenia energies in perfection. The Stargate, for December 20, 1999
will be focused at Tonga, a small island Kingdom in the South Pacific,
where the first light of Dawn of 2000 will be felt on physical land on the
Earth.  The New Year's Celebration for 1999/2000 will be focused on the
International Dateline, as the energies come fully into manifestation at
midnight Dec.31, 1999.  We hope you will join us for this auspicious event.

Stargates Year 1999
The Stargates for 1999 will all be part of the series of information on
UNITY and UNION, as we transform our world into the higher consciousness
energies. The Stargate for March 20, 1999 will focus in St. Petersburg and
Moscow, Russia, We will be opening this Stargate from Helsinki Finland.
Those desiring to join us can contact Susanna at susanna@planet.fi .  June,
1999 will focus in Africa, and September 1999 will once again be a Triple
Stargate, focused on the South America.  The December 1999 Stargate
alignment will be focused at Tonga in the South Pacific. The alignment of
these gates will complete the Second Series of Stargates Alignments. The
intention and energy will shift with the New Millenia as we move forward
within the energies of the Divine Plan.

Stargate Series Three: Years 2000, 2001
The third and final series of Stargate Activations will begin in March,
2000, June, 2000, a Triple alignment in September 2000, December 2000,
March 2001, June 2001, a Triple Alignment in September 2001, and the final
Stargate of this third series will be December 20, 2001.  From that point
in time onward, the energies and destiny of the Earth are to be returned to
the Global Consciousness of Humanity.

Jerusalem Stargate December 20, 1998 at 2:34PM precisely

It is with great greetings and light that we come to you this day to
discuss the energies of the Jerusalem Stargate. There are many events which
are occurring already and these are for the purpose of minor alignments, in
order for the energies of this most auspicious Stargate alignment to be in
perfection.

We will speak to you now of other alignments which have already occurred to
stabilize the Earth in preparation for this upcoming Stargate in December.

The November alignments which were performed in Finland were to realign the
consciousness frequency of acceptance and those in Switzerland were to
initiate the frequency of unconditional love. These have already begun
their task of creating the envelope of understanding for the December
alignment that will focus the energies of integration of God Consciousness
over Jerusalem.

Earlier in October, the frequency of the Twin soul was returned and
instituted into the Grids and the Flower of Life which surrounds the Earth.
This frequency is to reconnect twin souls on the Earth in perfection and
allow the connection of those who had "split" their mission statements and
remembrances, to once again reconnect and rejoin, all the parts of the
whole of their personal ascension plan, and that of the Earth, in divine
perfection and universal truth.

Helsinki Finland, November 29, the balancing and transmutation of the
radioactivity of the Earth's crust, core and the grids to the release and
transmute all nuclear radio-activities from the Earth to perfection and
harmony, with ease and grace.

This Stargate alignment on December 20, will involve the integration of
three consciousness energies, which will be blended into the Earth's core
and the etheric grid systems of the Earth and all humans, to assist in
returning the reality, thoughts and beliefs, to Divine Perfection, within
the Divine Plan of the Earth, and all individuals.

The first consciousness energy and belief will be in Jerusalem. The
alignment will be one of harmonious integration of all the beliefs of
Source Consciousness into a blending of acceptance of all "religions",
within the expression of Divine Order, Universal Truth, and Free-will.

The Second alignment will be centered in Basel Switzerland, which will
align the understanding and energies of Unconditional Love, which will
return this frequency of perfection to the Earth once again. With the
blending of the other 2 frequencies, this understanding will flourish and

The Third alignment will be centered in Toronto, Canada, and this will
align the understanding of Unity Consciousness and blend this third
frequency of perfection with the other two frequencies of Light. (see below
for details)

When these three consciousness frequencies are blended and aligned, the
Earth and her inhabitants, will once again have all of the perfection
frequencies required to obtain global understanding and world peace, within
the alignment of Universal Truth and in harmony with the Divine Plan.  This
alignment is significant in preparation for the balancing of the World
Consciousness next year when the energies of your planet switch into the
energetic of the New Millenia.

We have spoken of this alignment, and at this time we wish to provide you
with an understanding of its importance.

As the inhabitants of the Earth focus their attention and concentration of
the International Date Line on Dec.31, 1999, and as your physical time
clock moves to Midnight of January 1, 2000, the world population of
humanity has a unique opportunity. As the energies, beliefs and thoughts
for the New Millenia of the next 1000 years, begin in the year 2000, the
global population may choose to use the Infinity Meditation to provide the
intention for WORLD PEACE, HARMONY, UNDERSTANDING AND ACCEPTANCE, for all
the inhabitants on Planet Earth and beyond. This is an auspicious
opportunity to create the Belief system, which can carry the energies of
the next 1000 years.

We are therefore asking Chandara and all Earth Link Mission affiliates, who
are drawn to do so, to begin NOW in preparing for this event. As the
energies of the next 12 months accelerate, the inhabitants of the Earth
will be in preparation for this alignment. WE would ask all groups to begin
preparations now, and spread the word of this alignment and intentional
statement, to all people within their sphere of influence.

This alignment is not just for the New Age Spiritual community. We would
ask that a Global Effort of Consciousness, United for Humanity, begin NOW.
This intentional statement can be spread to all religious organizations,
governments, and news media, as a WAVE of HOPE for the Earth in the next
1000 years.

We would ask ALL participants to clearly align with this VISION, to CREATE
a vision of Understanding for Humanity. All Prayers, Meditations, Moments
of Silence, can be joined globally at the stroke of Midnight, as the new
century begins, to create a consciousness factor, that your world has not
experienced in your memory of recorded history.   With this vision and
creation of World Peace, you have the opportunity to change the
Consciousness of war, hatred, jealousy, and criticism, to one of Global
Understanding, Acceptance, Unconditional Love and Peace.

This is our request to all humanity. As you spread this word, we would also
ask you to JOIN in a New Millenia Web Ring. This Web Ring, focused at the
Internet site of www.newmillenia.org, is with the intention of joining
together websites in a Global Vision, that will create the energy platform
for this event to begin.  WE ask all individuals and organizations, who are
committed to changing the consciousness, thoughts, and beliefs of the
Earth, to one of Hope and Peace, to add your website to this ring of
like-minded organizations and individuals.  You have the opportunity of
creating the largest single Web Ring since your Internet was created, for
the single intention of WORLD PEACE.

With this, we will leave you now as you begin your preparation for the
Earth's Shift of Consciousness, as the New Millenia approaches.

Jerusalem Stargate in Toronto Dec.20, 1998
For those of you wishing to join us in Toronto, we will be performing this
alignment at the Unity Center of Love and Light (Highway 7) in Markham,
Ontario from 1 to 4 PM on Sunday December 20, 1998. WE will begin with an
open channel, discussion and explanation of the Stargate energies at 1 PM,
followed by a Group Alignment, and then the opening and connection of the
Stargate at 2:34PM precisely.  All those wishing to stand with us in the

CALL FOR CONSCIOUSNESS WAVE  on Short Wave Radio for Jerusalem Stargate

The Council has asked that all ELM members and others who are drawn to do
so, to activate this Stargate Alignment throughout this Solar System in the
following manner. WE request that the Short Wave Radio participants be on
line during this activation to provide an open channel and ask that you
would send and "bounce" this wave of consciousness energy to multiple
locations within and outside of this solar system during the Stargate
alignment in order to spread the integration of the three frequencies of
Unconditional Love, Source Consciousness and Unity Consciousness throughout
your galaxy.

In support of Mother Earth and all Her inhabitants the Honolulu Church of
Light is spearheading an unprecedented grassroots effort to gather one
billion people around the world into a global OM (toning) meditation. The
purpose of the global meditation is to awaken the people on the planet to
the possibility of world peace and harmony through love, and to honor the
Nobel Peace Prize Laureates of the 20th century.On Thursday, December 24,
1998, Christmas Eve, at 7:45 AM to 8:09 AM Hawaii Standard Time, people
around the planet will gather to OM (tone) and create a collective
consciousness of peace. Participants will gather at the Honolulu Church of
Light at 7:30 AM, in private homes worldwide and other public gatherings
globally to OM simultaneously at 7:45 AM (7:45 PM Jerusalem, 7:45 PM Cape
Town, South Africa). The Honolulu Church of Light in Hawaii is exploring
resources to form a trinity through satellite communications with the
participants in Jerusalem and in Cape Town, South Africa, and throughout
the world. The meditation tones that will be used are: 7:45 AM - Start
