EARTH LINK MISSION NEWSLETTER
OCTOBER 1998


Greetings!

It's been a while since I have communicated with you all, and much has
occurred in my personal and planetary life. I am most grateful for these
shifts, and hope that if any of you are shifting, that they are done with
integrity, ease and grace.

Today I am asking that we join in a global meditation for the Earth, I
leave tomorrow for Finland and Switzerland. The European Continent is
shifting greatly, and now is the time for us all to join together to ask to
allow these shifts to occur in perfection and harmony.
The following is a message from the Twelfth High Counsel Ancient of Days.
As always, if you are drawn to participate, please join us on MONDAY.

Greetings and Welcome,
WE join you this day to offer participation in a global alignment, which
will begin a shift in the paradigm of TIME for all inhabitants on your
planet.
For the last 2000 years, you planet was placed in a time bubble which
provided the security and safety for the Earth to re-build and re-design
its patterning of energies and structures. This time is almost at an end.
During the time since the Harmonic Convergence, many of you were encoded
with a PARALLEL reality and Parallel Time frame, which would allow you to
move FORWARD rapidly on your spiritual paths, in order to be the leaders in
this new energy of the New Millenia. For many of you, this AWAKENING has
been quick and has integrated within your bodies and your planet in a way
that you may have felt out of synch with TIME, or "living in another
world". To a large extent, this perception may have been personal truth.
For the Earth was existing with two Parallel Time Zones and Realities. One
which allowed those of higher vibrational frequency to align with their
Universal and Divine missions, and one for those who had yet to choose to
awaken.
During the last great infusion of energies in December, These two Parallel
time zones were MERGED into one reality. This was designed to allow those
to EXIST in HARMONY and PEACE together, those of the higher awakened
vibrations, and those who were just remembering.

The effect of this has been that those who are just awakening are
remembering the higher vibrations of conscious awareness and are, now,
looking for their answers. However, the answers lie WITHIN each person. IN
this, the perception of the many may appear to be that the Teachers must
GIVE them the answers. In truth, the answers cannot be GIVEN but must be
asked for and then RECEIVED. Those who are in alignment with Universal
Truth understand that they cannot CHANGE anyone else's reality, and that
those who are seeking must ASK for this truth, and then be OPEN to receive
the information all levels, letting go of their personal FEARS and once
again taking Personal Responsibility for their personal actions, beliefs
and energies of their bodies and souls.

This transformation may appear to the TEACHERS as "GIVE me the
information", "You are not SUPPORTING me". This is a difference in
perception and reality. If this is the prevailing feeling, we would ask
that you go inside, to Stop and Look and Listen to the energies and the
information which you are creating for yourselves.
There is no person or guidance that is able to CHANGE your perception, and
belief. Only YOU are able to do this, yourself. And when this is done with
compassion, with empathy, with honor, with truth, and with Light, the
transformation may be considered permanent. The frequency is restored, and
you are now on the pathway for which you have come to this planet, to SERVE.

With this information, we would ask that you consider joining together as
Chandara is in Helsinki Finland on MONDAY NOVEMBER 2, 1998. At 9 PM in
Helsinki (GMT=7), 7 PM London, 2 PM Boston, 11 AM San Francisco...for a
global alignment.

The intention of this alignment is to realign the vibration of the belief
system that one must be GIVEN the information only. The vibration which we
feel is imbalanced is the vibration of ACCEPTANCE. We ask that you focus
your attention on RECEIVING this information into each cell of your being,
and each level and vibration of your energy bodies and your fields. For
this alignment, will produce an effect of acceleration and understanding
for all those who choose to participate. The degree to which this occurs is
the personal responsibility of the participants who are ASKING for this
shift of consciousness, and awareness. The manner and mechanism of
integration will be an acceleration of the vibrational patterns of the
extended energy fields of the human body, and the cellular energy ratios,
which you live within each day.

The global potential is the alignment of interactive responsibility, and
personal responsibility for each person to KNOW that they are responsible
for their own destiny and creations here on Earth.

With this, we shall depart, and thank you for your participation in this
alignment. IT is with Great gratitude that we ask the members of Earth Link
Mission and all the affiliated organizations to join together to create
this new vibrational patterning as you move into the New Millenia energies
beyond the year 2000.

To this end, we also invite you to join with Chandara and Andy Lutz in the
creation of a New Millenia Web Ring. This purpose and intention of this Web
Ring is to create a coordinated frequency of Light for ALL global
meditations and actions which are occurring on the planet at this time, in
preparation for the YEAR 2000.
Andrew has created, at our request, a new website www.newmillenia.org,
which will soon be ready for your participation in this web ring of Light.
By adding your personal mission's frequency and intention, this gathering
place will create the BLENDING Of ALL light frequencies of the individual
missions into one BLENDED GLOBAL frequency of the Group Mind of Earth and
the Group Consciousness of the Planet. Therefore, we ask ALL Beings who are
in alignment with SHIFTING EARTH through Loving Intention, into the planet
of Peace and Love and Light, which her original blueprints and designs were
meant to BE.

The potential is for you to join over 7000 Web sites and organizations
together, into a cohesive coordinated frequency for the New Millenia. This
frequency is the BASIS for the harmonious blending of Year 2000 integration
of all energies on the Planet, and we invite you to participate with us and
all Counsels of Light in this great intention and action.

We leave you now, to join you once again, for this Global Meditation.
